Somewhat dry wipes
These wipes are priced affordable, but the first thing I disliked is the way the plastic tears when first opening the pouch it tears more than it should. The wipes are dry not enough moisture. They are still useful but perhaps they need to be a little more moist. Their not thin nor thick and no fragrance at all. The ingredients are clean something I check before buying a product. I would say their at a level three in moisture with a level five being moist

Package Design Leads to Waste
New design of the lid is terrible. The lid tends to crack at the hinge. Further, the lid doesn't securely close...if the lid stays attached to the plastic packaging at all. (The entire hard lid piece tends to detach from the plastic bag portion of the package.) All of this means the wipes dry out quickly and there is a lot of waste. Also worth mentioning is the increased price since the recall (for an inferior product).

My go-to wipes for years

Get less wipes for more money, feels like consumers are paying for Target's recall
First time attempting to purchase since the recall & they seemed expensive so I looked up how much it cost for a box of 1200 wipes BEFORE the recall, $23, AFTER the box is now less at 1100 & is $28. Target, do better, even with a $10 off coupon this week the regular price is unaffordable for most. Ugh!!

GENTLE!
I have been using this brand of wipes for over 10 years. It is very soft and perfect for my children to use on themselves. I’ve used it for all of them since they were infants and continue to buy them to this day. I cannot stress enough, how gentle they are compared to thicker wipes from more popular name brands.
