A: It's leaves dust or lint EVERYWHERE. I've asked friends if they've had the same experience and everyone says the same thing --- it looks like someone spread white powder or dust all over.

A: When we make our TP, we use a chlorine-free bleaching step to whiten the pulp, but the pulp used is not bleached with elemental chlorine. Please also know that at Kimberly-Clark, we develop our products with great care and have rigorous safety and quality requirements. Our Cottonelle toilet paper is safe, and we do not use PFAS as a component in the production of our toilet paper. Thank you.

Q: Do the 30 Mega roll packs have smaller wrapped packs within, so it can be easier to store in a pantry, still protected? (For instance, you put 1 pack in your bathroom because there's only room for 1 pack

They help to make sure you are clean and get what the toilet paper alone may have left behind. They don’t have a strong smell, and are soft enough to not chafe but thick enough to be effective.
