Since I have been using crest densify my dentist has commented that my teeth look better. He thought that I was brushing more/better or that I was flossing more. But the only thing that I changed was the toothpaste. I am disappointed that Crest must be discontinuing this product because it is no longer available at stores.

Crest change the formula. This toothpaste used to be without the foaming agent SLS = Sodium laureth sulfate. These Are the ingredients used In detergents to foam. We don't need it In toothpaste. Some people have allergies or sensitivity to SLS. It can cause peeling of “skin” in the mouth. Crest, please continue to produce SLS-free toothpaste.

I'm sure this works for others but I ended up having a bad reaction to it. After about a few days of use my lips became bright red, swollen, and extremely dry. My tongue and gums felt like they were burnt. It's probably the SLS in it but I've never had a reaction like this to other toothpastes that contain it. Maybe it has a higher concentration in it.. I don't know. I've been living off of Rincenol and bland soup while the inside of my mouth heals and slathering aquafor on my lips. Just wanted to put this out there for anyone who has ever had a reaction to SLS. This is probably NOT the toothpaste for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rating this toothpaste is kind of tricky, I feel like you would have to use this product for at least 2-3 months to really determine if it works for you. That being said, it does indeed whiten your teeth and is great for daily use. In regards to sensitivity, you will most likely have sensitive teeth the first week or two of using it, but after that it goes away. I personally have used other whitening toothpaste specifically for sensitive teeth and have had faster results, but then again, they were not advertised to help densifying your teeth. Would I use this again in the future specifically for whitening? No, but I will definitely keep using it to see if it does indeed improve tooth density.

I’ve used pronamel toothpaste for years and while I like it, it has such a mild flavor and doesn’t seem to do anything for my gums. To be honest, my enamel is pretty bad so I never see much of a difference in the “density” of my teeth. But this toothpaste has a great strong mint flavor that lasts awhile and my gums do seem less sensitive so overall I like it.

Now that I'm getting older I'm trying to take care of my teeth better. So this toothpaste really appeals to me because I know my teeth are wearing down. Has appropriate active ingredient to prevent cavities and clean teeth. The texture is more of a paste than gel, and the mint flavor is nice but not terribly strong or overwhelming. I can’t speak to the claims of its ability to “rebuild tooth density” versus other toothpastes with the same active ingredient. I noticed no difference in that aspect.
