Q: After opening, do I refrigerate it?
A: Great question, we appreciate you reaching out! After opening our Crisco shortening, store in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat such as an oven, dishwasher, or microwave. The area the product is stored in should not exceed 72º F. Refrigeration does not harm Crisco Shortening, but please note doing so will make Crisco firmer, making it more difficult to blend. If refrigerated, we suggest bringing it back to room temperature before using. Hope this helps!
