Sharp Stainless Cutting Knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cuisinart slicing knife is stainless steel. It is very sharp and cuts well. The protective cover is nice to have. It has become my main knife. It's just the right size to cut everything from meats, fruits, veggies, and more. I feel this knife will last a long time. I didn't have any issues cutting anything.

Good look and cuts smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent knife, it is my new favorite. I've been spending more time in the kitchen. I need to work on my speed on new recipes and this knife really helps. I can move pretty quickly now slicing ingredients. It cuts really smoothly and the handle is very easy to hold on to. My hand does not get tired. Very sharp and high quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best looking knife I have ever had. Additionally, it handles very well while using it and cuts with ease. It has a protective cover that protects the user from inadvertently cutting themselves when retrieving it from a drawer as well as protecting very sharp knife edge. This will be a "go to" knife that is comfortable to use and practical.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8 inch slicing knife is Perfect for slicing large, larger fruit, fruits, like watermelon and cantaloupe. The handle is really nice and thick so it doesn’t slip out of my hand. I really love that this knife comes with a blade cover because it is extremely sharp. It’s a decent size knife being 8 inches so storing it with the cover is perfect.

I love that it comes with a blade cover because that helps protect my family when the knife is in the drawer. This is a very high-end looking knife, as it is part of the stainless collection. The length is 8 inches. Is a great general kitchen knife to have for slicing many types of foods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is such a great knife! The stainless steel makes it very easy to clean and wipe up. Additionally, it’s all one piece so there’s no crevices for anything to get into. There is a long blade that makes it easy to chop big and small items and very versatile. It is dishwasher safe and does not tarnish. The blade is very nice and so far has not dolled at all. Additionally, it comes with a nice cover, which makes it safe to store anywhere.

Surprisingly sharp knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A long slender knife. Came pretty sharp. Worked great for slicing apple. Has a sheath and easy to store in drawers or cabinets. Nice quality for the price point. Being one piece of stainless steel it can lay flat in dishwasher. True test would be how long it stays sharp or gets dull. Good all rounder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Cuisinart classic slicing knife because I was looking for another knife to add to my knife drawer. That would be good for slicing vegetables as well as meat. I really like the quality of this knife And that it is one full piece of metal and it does not have a handle where juices and debris can get trapped in it. Was surprise me the most when I received this knife is how lightweight it is and how evenly distributed the weight of the knife felt in my hand. It slices easily through tomatoes as well as meat. I also like that it comes with a blade protector.

I didn’t have high expectations because of another set I purchased, but this one I gave another chance to. It sliced so unbelievable smooth my eyes about popped out of my head. It also comes with an extra cover. Highly recommend!!

It has a nice, thick stainless steel handle which makes it easier to hold. It seems to work well but I have only sliced a watermelon wirh it so far. It comes with a blade cover and also comes with a lifetime warranty.

The knife is made of stainless steel and the handle was easy to hold onto, making it easy to control. I used it to slice an apple and it was effortless on my part because the knife was extremely sharp. The knife comes with a plastic guard to be used when not in use which will prevent me from cutting myself when reaching into the drawer to grab it.

It is nice solid stainless steel so I don’t have to worry about wood handle that might break or get gunk in it. Cuts very well and evenly and seems like it will be a great addition in the kitchen.
