It is just a sour cream as supposed to be, with simple ingredients: cultured cream, whole milk, vitamin A Palmitate- in the sour cream you should taste milk and nothing else if people if we want different flavors we are buying yougurt or dippings. I buy this product for a child and I am happy to have just three simple ingredients in a product instead of 15 vierd hard to pronounce and understand additional ingredients.
