Description

A complete starter kit to achieve the pro-finish and sculpted effect of a salon gel manicure at home with ease. GLAZE Semi-Cured Gel Nail Strips deliver salon-sculpted results with a mirror shine that lasts up to 14 days. These all-in-one nail strips are designed with a base coat, color coat, and top coat. GLAZE cures under the light of an LED lamp in just 60 seconds, creating a pro-finish, salon gel manicure at home.

INCLUDES: 32 semi-cured gel nail strips (in 12 sizes), 2 prep pads, 1 LED Mini Lamp, 1 nail file, 1 manicure stick.

How To Use:

STEP 1: PREP
• Wash hands with soap and water.
• Shape nails and push back cuticles.
• Use enclosed Prep Pad to ensure nails are clear from oils and residue.
• Make sure your nails are completely dry before application.

Pro Tip: Because GLAZE is an all-in-one product, no additional Base Coat or Nail Strengthener is needed.

STEP 2: SELECT SIZE
• Hold the sheet over nail to find your size. If you are in-between sizes, always size down.

STEP 3: REMOVE FILM
• Remove the protective film.

STEP 4: APPLY
• Gently lift strip from sheet starting from edge.
• Place strip over the center of your nail, starting at cuticle line and pressing outward. For optimal adhesion, the strip should be placed above the cuticle line avoiding skin or cuticles.

STEP 5: PRESS
• Press down firmly from+C2:D3 center and side to side.

STEP 6: TRIM
• Trim strip flush to your nails using nail scissors or nail clippers.

STEP 7: CURE
• Cure under LED light for 60 seconds.

STEP 8: FILE
• Position the nail file horizontally along the contour of your nail. With one sweeping motion, file firmly across your free edge. Make sure GLAZE does not exceed beyond your nail length. Any overhang will cause chipping or cracking.

Pro Tip: Using the wooden manicure stick gently press down on Glaze strip thoroughly to seal all edges before curing. This will prevent hair and debris from catching onto the nail strip perimeter.

How to Remove:

STEP 1: REMOVE
• Apply cuticle oil on nail bed.

STEP 2: LIFT
• Use manicure stick to gently and slowly lift nail strip from corner of the cuticle area.
• Gradually push the strip off your nail.

CAUTION: Do not peel off with force or in one quick motion.

Q: Does the lamp break and do the nails harden good?

  • A: I have used the lamp maybe 20 times so far and it still works great! Also, if you follow the instructions, the nails will cure exactly as they should and last anywhere from 2-3 weeks!

  • A: Our lamp not only over heated but the turn off/ on button didn’t work. Our house smelled like burning plastic. We decided to let it cool down and keep trying bc my daughter spent her allowance money on this. It took us a total of 2hours and 23 minutes to do both hands bc the lamp kept over heating and despite multiple times under the lamp the dang nail stickers could never get hard enough to not bend. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

    I am never going to a nail salon now

    Quick manicure on the go!

The design is a bit small and worked best for my daughter. It took two times to dry her nails which is still significantly less than me using a paper fan. All in all, it’s a cute way to do an inhome manicure.

    Long lasting, salon quality at home

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved how easy this manicure was to do myself. I love having my nails done but hate having to go to the salon so this is a perfect solution! I applied them for a bachelorette trip to Miami where I was using sunscreen every day and in the pool and they held up great! There were a few chips after one week but only on the nails where I left the sticker longer than my natural nail (which you aren’t supposed to do but I wanted them to be longer for the trip). The remover oil is also really easy to use and I love that I don’t have to soak my nails in acetone. This feels nourishing and healthy for the nail while removing the artificial one! The lamp is lightweight and small which makes it easy to store. In the past I’ve mostly used press on nails but these seemed to be stronger and hold up better than the press ons. Overall, great experience using these nails and I’ll definitely be purchasing!

    Cute but Not Perfect

This product is simple way to add color to your nails however it didn’t quite work the way I would have wanted. The box comes with everything that you need which I appreciated however the lamp did not feel strong enough to cure the gel. The instructions say 45 seconds but I ended up doing 90 seconds and even then I probably could have done it for longer. It felt fine on my nail and fitted well. I think because my nails are shorter there was some lifting at the tip causing the color to not last as long as I would have liked.

    Can be great if you put in the effort

I decided to give this a try because I thought maybe it would have a similar look without the added length. For someone who is thorough and will take a good amount of time to go through this process I’m sure it will come out great. For me, positioning, cutting, and then filing the strips after curing, took too long and was a hassle, especially on my non-dominant hand. I do love this color.

Clean and prepare nails as you would, apply the proper size ‘sticker like’ nail covering, press firmly. Trim any excess with clippers or scissors, pop them under the included light and you are done. Don’t leave unused glaze out when using the light, you can safely put them back in the black plastic. They are pretty, soft, smooth and last for weeks! Without any polishes or chemicals, there are no smells and no spills.

    Salon Look for a Fraction of the Price

    Beginner friendly
