Description

A complete starter kit to achieve the pro-finish and sculpted effect of a salon gel manicure at home with ease. GLAZE Semi-Cured Gel Nail Strips deliver salon-sculpted results with a mirror shine that lasts up to 14 days. These all-in-one nail strips are designed with a base coat, color coat, and top coat. GLAZE cures under the light of an LED lamp in just 60 seconds, creating a pro-finish, salon gel manicure at home.

INCLUDES: 32 semi-cured gel nail strips (in 12 sizes), 2 prep pads, 1 LED Mini Lamp, 1 nail file, 1 manicure stick.

How To Use:

STEP 1: PREP
• Wash hands with soap and water.
• Shape nails and push back cuticles.
• Use enclosed Prep Pad to ensure nails are clear from oils and residue.
• Make sure your nails are completely dry before application.

Pro Tip: Because GLAZE is an all-in-one product, no additional Base Coat or Nail Strengthener is needed.

STEP 2: SELECT SIZE
• Hold the sheet over nail to find your size. If you are in-between sizes, always size down.

STEP 3: REMOVE FILM
• Remove the protective film.

STEP 4: APPLY
• Gently lift strip from sheet starting from edge.
• Place strip over the center of your nail, starting at cuticle line and pressing outward. For optimal adhesion, the strip should be placed above the cuticle line avoiding skin or cuticles.

STEP 5: PRESS
• Press down firmly from+C2:D3 center and side to side.

STEP 6: TRIM
• Trim strip flush to your nails using nail scissors or nail clippers.

STEP 7: CURE
• Cure under LED light for 60 seconds.

STEP 8: FILE
• Position the nail file horizontally along the contour of your nail. With one sweeping motion, file firmly across your free edge. Make sure GLAZE does not exceed beyond your nail length. Any overhang will cause chipping or cracking.

Pro Tip: Using the wooden manicure stick gently press down on Glaze strip thoroughly to seal all edges before curing. This will prevent hair and debris from catching onto the nail strip perimeter.

How to Remove:

STEP 1: REMOVE
• Apply cuticle oil on nail bed.

STEP 2: LIFT
• Use manicure stick to gently and slowly lift nail strip from corner of the cuticle area.
• Gradually push the strip off your nail.

CAUTION: Do not peel off with force or in one quick motion.

Q: Does the lamp break and do the nails harden good?

  • A: I have used the lamp maybe 20 times so far and it still works great! Also, if you follow the instructions, the nails will cure exactly as they should and last anywhere from 2-3 weeks!

  • A: Our lamp not only over heated but the turn off/ on button didn’t work. Our house smelled like burning plastic. We decided to let it cool down and keep trying bc my daughter spent her allowance money on this. It took us a total of 2hours and 23 minutes to do both hands bc the lamp kept over heating and despite multiple times under the lamp the dang nail stickers could never get hard enough to not bend. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

    Great at home gel kit.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These look amazing when you first take them out of the box. The strips are easy to peel off the plastic and the light works to cure the gel. They feel very smooth and I like how you can shape them as you wish. I have wide nails and had a bit of trouble finding the right size for some on my fingers but I think most people won't have that issue. I did have an issue with filing them as it seems the layers in the gel started to split. The first set I did with the strips lasted about a week and a half with a few dings. The remover is wonderful and smells nice which is such a nice change from other removers. It took maybe five minutes to remove all the nails.

    Stick to press-ons

It's easy to select your nail size and the nail stickers are very light weight, but thats the only positive about them. After opening the box and struggling a little bit to get the light stand legs to snap open, it was time to get creative. You place the nails on and shape them, but they are kinda sticky so that made it difficult, it was easier to try and harden with the light and clip them. The instructions say 45 seconds and you'll have hardened nails, I tried it at 90 seconds....didn't work, then I tried it again for 180 seconds and still flimsy no hardening work. I eventually tried my salon grade up light and still no hardening luck.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried Dashing Diva Glaze Starter Kit Powered Pink and I am so glad I did! It was easy to apply! No mess at all! It was so worth it! It lasted 2 weeks ! Only thing is as it grow out it would get stuck in my hair where the new growth line was! But that could be maybe I could applied it a little bit better! It was easy to follow the instructions. It’s right on the package and it comes off so easily which I loved.

    Great DIY Set

    The perfect nail set

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled with having "cute" nails for my entire life...and I think this product might be a game changer for me. I have very thin, short, oily nails. I've tried every recommendation in the book...from Biotin, to primers, to dehydrators, base coats, top coats--nothing has ever worked. So basically, I gave up ever trying to do anything with my nails, as much I would love my nails to look more feminine. Nail polish, powder, and gel seems to just peel off immediately. I even bought tons of DIY stuff recently to apply my own false nails and they'd just pop right off (even with the correct fit, plenty of prep, and professional grade glue). However, I tried this kit and this is the longest I've kept any sort of color on my nails in a LONG time! This kit comes with everything you need--the curing light and the strips. The strips were extremely easy to apply. I applied them on Saturday and they have stayed on very well, for the most part (it is now almost Wednesday). The reason I deducted a star is because I had to reapply two new strips to my right (dominant hand) middle finger and three strips to my pointer finger. That may be irritating to some people, but for how much I've struggled over the years and how well the rest of the nails stayed on...I'd call that a win. I feel it was a minor inconvenience because of how fast you can reapply and cure them, as well. Overall, I love this kit and will definitely be buying more strips!

    Lifted Immediately

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was really cute for this nail set. I thought the color was really nice was really excited, but the gel lifted right away. I thought that maybe my nails were too short, and didn’t grip the edge properly, but the same thing happened when I tried them on a friend with longer nails. I didn’t even get to try the removal gel because they all lifted right away. It didn’t take much effort to just peal them off. The gel was comfortable and a very light smell. I would say if you or someone you knew had it lying around it would be good for a quick use (like photos) but I couldn’t say how durable they are.

    Cute ready to go kit

It isn’t exactly a salon worthy manicure and set but it is a quick set that you can put on for last minute plans where you want your nails to look done.
