Very cheap
Ima cut to the chase, lamp broke after 3rd time using it, gel polish only stayed on for 24 hours as the next day half of them were off and the rest were chipped the first time I used it, gave it a second chance and once again it didn’t last.

Have had the set for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the set for a few weeks and love it so far. I’ve been using the peel of base coat and it stays on for a week, no chipping. Has not damaged my nails. I’ve yet to do the regular base coat alone so it stays on longer, so not sure if it would last the 3 weeks as advertised or not. Love so far tho!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great system, but the peel-off base coat didnt hold up at all. Half my nails were bare after one shower! I was excited to get my kit yesterday, watched the tutorial, prepped my nails, and followed all the steps, using the peel-off base coat, 2 thin coats of gel LD polish, and the the top coat. When I showered this morning, I was very disappointed to see that literally half my nails were bare by the end of it. I'm going to try it out again, using the regular base-coat, but am disappointed that the peel-off couldn't even last through a shower. I've used the Olive & June regular polish kit for quite a while and was sooooo excited for the gel!

Learning Curve
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is definitely a learning curve! The packaging is amazing and I love everything that came with the kit. I have struggled to get a coat light enough of the base coat that it dries with even a long press under the light. It has taken quite a few presses to get it to finally dry and move on to the next step. I am really hoping with more practice it will get better!

All of my polish are leaking and half of the product is spilled out by the time I go to use it again. :/ so I probably will not be repurchasing the polishes but the rest of the products are great. The builder gel also burns really really bad.

Cute—but didn’t last!
The colors are super cute and my daughter and I loved the set! But hers peeled off within 24 hours and mine started peeling around 48 hours. . I expected it to last WAY longer than it did. I’m not sure I would buy again.

Yes! Bless this kit for saving me from the nail salon. I’m always breaking my nails on guitar strings, so I have to keep gel on to save them. O&J to the rescue! Now I’m not at the mercy of whoever’s in the chair across from me anymore.

Waste of money. I followed the directions on the box and the very next morning 4 nails were peeling off. Not only that, the nail polish purchased with the kit was extremely thick. Instructions say to apply two thin coats (difficult to do with very thick polish but ok), then cure. The nail polish was uneven, globby, bubbly, thick. I’ve used other gel polishes that were much better. It looked bad close up but decided to just go with it. Less than 12 hours later, 4 of them were peeling off.

Save your money
Followed the instructions provides and nails peel off within 12 hours. The regular and quick dry polish is much better than the gel system.

Obsessed!

I do my nails all the time now and the peel off base coat is a nail-saver for me! I am also obsessed with the color selection in this kit, but also all the colors Olive & June offer, I've purchased several additional colors since.

Peeling

I’ve been doing my own nails since I was an kid and I just can’t get these to work for me.

So Easy!
I love the gel manicure set. It makes it so easy to do my own nails and get salon quality. The peel off base coat is genius, make it easy to take it off and keeps from damaging my nails. Couldn't love this kit more. They thought of everything 😍
