Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my manicure system in a timely manner and with all items included. I was pleased with the clear instructions and excited to get going. The base coat was really thick and sticky which made it difficult to put on an even coat. With that and all other layers, the light did not cure the coat/polish after the suggested times. It has taken much longer to complete a manicure than instructed/desired. I have completed manicures with and without the peel-off base (using a thin layer only in the center of my nails) but the polish begins peeling off the edges almost immediately on some nails. The manicures do not last as long as I had hoped and still seem to damage my nails when removed. Overall, I wish that I had saved my money.

The Olive and June kit comes with everything you need to do your nails at home. The instructions are very clear and the whole system is pretty quick. Their color options are perfect and I'm so happy with how my nails have turned out! They are smooth and don't look like I did them myself. They last for a few weeks and also aren't a pain to remove. So so happy with this system!!

Super easy mani system
I love how easy this was. My gel manicure looks phenomenal for an at home system ! The gel polish feels very high end and I love the way it is wearing. I’m a little sad because I did the fall mani gel system to get all the fun fall colors as well as the whole gel system. I got my limited edition polish but not the compact mirror.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cord is barely a foot long. And you have to have a brick and an extension cord. I’m very disappointed in this. The polish peels off in 2-3 days. (No, I’m not using the Peel Off Base Coat) The acetone dried up after only a few uses. The instructions aren’t clear. I really don’t like anything about it except the colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit itself is great and all the products in one box makes it easy. However, I purchased it for the new peel off gel base which is supposed to last “almost as long” as the 3 week gel polish. However, the product is completely unusable as a long lasting product. It came off within 12 hours and by 24 hours every fingernail had peeled off. I reapplied again using the video instructions and they all peeled again within 24 hours. The peel off gel base does make removing the polish a breeze but I don’t think anyone wants a less than 24 hour polish. I stopped using the product and used the regular base coat and the color has stayed on for over a week with no chips. Haven’t removed this version yet. Overall, the gel polish seems good but the new peel off base coat is unusable.

I am Pleased!
I am new to the world of gel nails, so I was super grateful to see all of Olive and June’s bundle options. I purchased the Gel Mani System + Builder Gel Kit, and I now basically have my own mini nail salon lol. The cost was the same as getting my nails done once, so that’s a steal in my eyes! I did my own gel nails for the first time ever yesterday after watching O&J YouTube videos, and I am so happy with how they turned out.

Peel off base coat is game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought I’d give the kit a shot since it’ll pay for itself after 2 uses. Really pleased with the quality of everything and step by step instructions. It took me 2 hours (no exaggeration) to remove the existing gel manicure I had on. The peel off base coat made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. My first manicure lasted about 2 weeks and I think I could get it to last longer with practice. The bail polished peeled off easily and without pulling my nail off with it. Very pleased and excited to collect more colors.

Great for Newbs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from occasional Colorstreet use to this New Gel Mani Kit and 6 colors. I’m still wearing my first attempt 2 weeks later. I even did my mom’s nails when I visited her. It’s easy enough to learn and have great looking nails. I’m hoping the hard protection will help my nails that easily shear also.

Exactly what I was looking for!

But as I can’t afford to continuously get them done at the salon or take the time to leave my kids to do so and was just searching for a better option when I came across the gel mini system. I did not have a lot of expectations because usually things are too good to be true, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I did manicures at home that were lasting through the everyday life of dishes and all of the Mom things. I just got more colors for fall, I am so excited I will be using nothing else! This is such a game changer and my preteen loves it as well. It’s so great for your fingers and toes.
