Salon-speed soak-off to the rescue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this kit to remove the remnants of a bad salon gelX manicure. It was amazing! And now I can’t wait to use the manicure set for my first at home gel mani.

Save your money or spend it at the salon
Do not waste your money on this kit the cuticle pic is too little to make a difference, the acetone is too weak to remove even gel polish, unless you want to soak your nails for an hour and a half.

Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything I have purchased, with one exception… a pink polish seems old and very thick. Everything else has been wonderful!

Really good product
This worked really well! It only took about 30 minutes to remove my dip nails where as it usually takes me an hour when I try to take them off my self. I definitely recommend this to anyone not trying to spend a lot of time or money getting them taken off at a salon.

Worthless garbage.
Worthless. Does not work with gel polish. Soaked for 30 min and didn’t even breakdown:l/loosen polish. Do not buy! Wish I could return. Waste of money.

Thanks so much for sharing this. We’re sorry to hear the Salon Soak Off didn’t work as expected. A quick tip: before soaking, be sure to gently file away the top coat and color layer of the gel polish. This helps the acetone penetrate the layers and allows the soak-off process to work more effectively. We’d love to learn more about your experience and help troubleshoot what may have happened. Please feel free to reach out to us at hello@oliveandjune.com so we can assist further.

Easy to use and worked on gel dip nails!
I don’t get my nails done often so I didn’t want to go back into salon to remove gel dip nails. It was easy to use. Left on for 30mins. Then a few other nails an additional 15mins. Took my gel dip nails off great. Loved the wooded stick and file. Would use again. Comes with enough pads/foils for multiple uses. You will do need to use nail strengthening polish and cuticle oil after as it dries out nail. Photo shows both applies to nails after.

Thanks so much for sharing this. We’re sorry to hear the removal process was frustrating. A quick question: before soaking, did you make sure to lightly file off the top coat and color layer? This step helps break the seal so the acetone can better penetrate and remove the gel. Also, keep in mind that acetone can be drying, so we recommend following removal with a hydrating nail oil or moisturizer to help replenish your nails. We’d love to help troubleshoot further, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@oliveandjune.com so we can assist.

Do not waste your money
This does not work! Soaked as instructed for 15 minutes - nothing came off! Did another 5 minutes and had to literally scrape as much off as I could. Total soaking time - 45 minutes and have the gel builder nail is still on.

Thanks so much for sharing this. We’re really sorry to hear the removal process has been so difficult. Before soaking, did you happen to lightly file or buff off the top coat and color layer? That step helps break the seal so the acetone can fully penetrate the gel and lift it more effectively. Without that, the product can sometimes be much harder to remove, even with longer soak times. We’d really like to take a closer look and help troubleshoot this with you. Please feel free to reach out to us at hello@oliveandjune.com so we can assist further.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the easiest time I have ever had removing gel, works great and the finger covers make it easy and don’t slip off.

Quick and Easy
I am so impressed with these. I have used foil, and clip on devices, but this is by far the easiest and quickest method to soak off my gel polish.

Good product!
This is a good product. My nails were professionally done and were needing to be removed. While the suggested soak time on the back is ideal for some, I'd definitely recommend soaking longer esp if you have acrylic under your gel polish. I did 30 minutes for my one set because only a little was lifted. But when you push with the wood stick, it definitely helps. I'd by again. It's less of a mess as long as you don't put alot of acetone in the pad.

So much better than foils!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hesitated if this was a necessary purchase because I was using foil. I am so glad I went ahead with the purchase. It is so much easier and faster because the nail polish remover pad stays in direct contact with the nail. Game changer!!

Love this kit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit works great! I usually leave it on for 20 minutes and most of the gel polish comes off. Sometimes I put them back on for a few more minutes (5 at the most). Sponges are reusable, and can be used many times. Totally recommend this kit!

Kinda works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You definitely have to soak your nails for more than 15 minutes and my nails are SO weak after using the gel polish.

I’m not usually a soak off girl
But when I am, I prefer this soak off kit. Soak responsibly friends Seriously though, I think this one is super easy to use and less messy than some other kits. I’ve used it to remove regular gel and builder gels and it went flawlessly both times. I do still prefer peel off base coat, but knowing I have this helps with options!

Best O&J product!!
This kit has all the tools inside and steps on the outside to make gel and glitter polish removal so easy. The nail caps are so much more comfortable and sturdy than foil on the fingers, too.

Cool idea
This seems like such a smart and convenient way to clear your nails. I bought it for my young adult niece who does press ons for special occasions.
