  • A: Usually the polish remover starts to dry up before the sponge wears down. I have poured polish into it to extend the life of the remover until I can get another one.

Q: how many removals does one jar handle? 2 oz for that price is steep.

As a rule of thumb, if you notice that the sponge is starting to wear or if it's taking longer than usual to remove you polish, it's probably time for a new remover pot. obsessed!

I'm OBSESSED with this thing! I've been trying to prioritize my nail health lately, so I liked that this remover is acetone-free. Usually acetone-free removers suck, but this works so well (even on glitter polish🤯). I've had mine for probably 2 years, and the only downside is at this point I've taken off so much nail polish with it that now it leaves a weird pink-colored residue on my nails when I use it from all the nail polish getting soaked up by the sponge. I'm going to buy a replacement because I can never go back to regular remover and cotton balls!

Might be my favorite O&J product

I am just starting out using polish after a very long break. I can admit, I’m not great at it yet. I get polish everywhere! I bought this and the brush— game changer. It helps get those small little spots of polish without wrecking your nail’s polish. It also is a miracle worker in getting polish off your whole finger. It’s simple, easy, and gentle on your nails.

The best.

I’ve been using this remover since 2020. Truly the best. It’s a little more expensive but worth every penny. I recently tried to use regular remover with a cotton pad, it was so much more work and did not remove polish as effectively or as easily. Love the ease of use and the quality of the product.

It can be useful, but needs some upgrades.

Ordered two. One leaked during delivery. Weighed them on my kitchen scale. One is 88g, one is 67g. Apparently this is an item that can only be returned in store. So I had it delivered for convenience, but now I must travel to a store to rectify a product problem for a $10 product. The Target website gives no recourse for this scenario.

Just to clarify, while Target does list some items as “in-store returns only,” that policy doesn’t really solve the issue when a product arrives damaged or partially lost in transit. In cases like this, it’s still worth reaching out to Target Guest Services directly, since they can often make exceptions or offer a refund or replacement without requiring a store visit. I am very disappointed with this product. When using on nails, the product “stings” and feels very irritating, as polish is being removed. I immediately had to wash nails with cool soapy water and rinse thoroughly! Polish removes thoroughly but should not result in the stinging sensation! I have used the Ella & Mila Soy Polish Remover with perfect results but can no longer find it at Target(?). Please bring it back to Target. I have been trying to order Ella & Mila for sometime now and I settled for this “new” product and will never purchase this again. Thanks for your help in this matter.
