Would not recommend this nail file. The rough part comes off very quickly and then the coloring from blue/green side transfers onto your skin and nails. Overall extremely poor quality, I usually have nail files that last forever and this was wearing out after a few uses.

I love the “black” side of the files - but the BLUE side, UGH. The blue side falls apart on first use, and gets blue dust everywhere. I ordered these specifically because the name says these are black (so I assumed all black without the dreaded blue side). I was hoping to avoid this very thing. Overall a good file on the one side. Cheap enough that its ok.

As others have noted, the teal side flakes easily and leaves teal dust under and around your nails. And it wears out very quickly, especially along the edges. I would not buy these again. The Japonesque brand is much better.
