Do not buy
Like others, the grit on sides 1 and 2 (the rough and medium grits) scraped off immediately. Those sides lasted through a few nails and then they were smooth and useless. Side 3, the fine grit, was better, but still useless after all 10 fingers. The remaining sides did their job without breaking down, and are the only reason to keep this file.

The grit wore off during the first use.
The grit on the first two sides of this nail file/buffer completely wore off before I was able to finish all five fingers on the first hand. Sides three through seven lasted longer and are still usable, which is why I’m giving this product three stars instead of one.

There’s areas like are supposed to be a certain “grit” for filing that are void of any grit at all or they are not as described in the printed area of the file. The file is too thick and is difficult to get under the fingernail.
