OPI Nail Treatment Top Coat - Clear - 0.5 fl oz

I absolutely hated this! It leaves bubbles and it appears to never really dries. A day after putting it on everything kept leaving marks and smudges :/

The worst top coat i’ve ever used. It leaves a thousand bubbles and takes forever to try so I inevitably end up smudging the polish. It also gets thick extremely fast. I’ve purchased multiple times to give it a shot and every time it disappoints and ruins my nails.

I have let this dry for literal hours and still get smudges and imprints and it loses its gloss. I’m not sure how long you need to let it dry for it to work well but it’s longer than 2 hours and I don’t have that kind of time to be without the use of my hands. This photo is the next morning after letting my nails dry for 2.5 hours before going to bed. They were shiny when I went to bed and felt dry to the touch.

i love it. it dries soooo fast that i could put 5 coats of nail polish on and this would make it dry faster.

I never leave reviews, but I am so disappointed in this top coat. I wish I could get my money back for it. I have tried suggestions to get it to work, but nothing is helping. It's extremely thin and, no matter how much I let my nails dry, they always end up being not at all glossy and having a bizarre semi-matte smudgy effect that ruins my manicure. I've tried it so many times and have never gotten decent results; I've tried to work with it but no solutions have worked. My cheaper top coats are a million times better, so it's really disappointing that OPI (a more expensive and respected drugstore brand) is charging so much for a top coat that is AWFUL. The Essie quick dry topcoat and Holo Taco top coats have worked much better for me personally. I think Orly and other brands are used by nail salons. I don't want other people to waste your money like I did, so please go with a different and/or more affordable option. :) I was shocked, and still am, that a brand like OPI has a staple product that is this bad. I love all of their other nail polish, so it's really shocking that their top coat is so runny/thin and ineffective. It isn't sealing in anything and definitely is not glossy, it totally smudges up the top layer of your manicure and ruins the color (it's cloudy and not see through like a top coat should be). I included a photo to try to show what I mean by the cloudy smudging. I waited ages for it to dry and even used a dryer, and it still ended up being smudged after FULLY DRYING. Again, I have thoroughly tried to get this to work for months and it always loses it's glossiness quickly and ruins my manicure. I have tried everything and am saddened that nothing has helped and will have to get a new top coat from a different brand. It is NOT worth the price tag, please try a different top coat. I would return this asap if I still had the receipt info; as a broke college student, avoid making the same mistake and wasting your money. There are cheaper options that are fantastic! Good luck! :) I never leave reviews so this is quite long because I was appalled that this is still being sold, but hopefully my personal experience helps others as I have tried extensively to get this top coat to work.

This top coat will be the best you’ve ever used if you use it correctly. The first few times I tried it I was very disappointed with it. Hours after painting my nails, I was still getting smudges and nicks in the polish. It looked as though it was getting smudged and cloudy, and there was no shine. Then, I tried letting my coats dry A LOT longer then I usually would, and I dried them with a mini fan. After THAT, I had a shiny manicure that lasted over a week with little to no chipping. So- if you have the time to let your coats dry quite a long time, and/or an instrument to dry them (fan) then you will have great results!

You can never go wrong with OPI! I love this too coat because it gives your nails a salon finished look! Highly recommend !

I really love OPI nail polishes,top and bottom coats. They are very good polishes. Thus particular one is amazing it is a bottom and top coat in on I just some need one bottle for both UT makes it cheaper and easier. I love how it dries. It has my color stay on fir a very long time.

I’ve been using OPI products for over 10 years. The best part of it is that I have thin rounded nail beds and I don’t want thickness to accommodate for strength. And Opi gets me just that. Thin application. All the strength. I go sometimes 3 weeks with no issues. No acrylic under either. Just my natural nail

This polish is tried and true. It is good quality and a reasonable price. I have used in on several occasions and plan to again

I love the thickness of the polish and I also love the fact that its a base and top coat so I don't have to use two different polishes. I used it quite often when I used regular polish instead of gel. I would recommend, O. P. I never lets me down I love the shine for it to be regular polish, it beats the more cheaper counterparts if I should say so. The best thing about it is it stays on for a few weeks and the shines is like diamonds dancing on your color. I don't remember where I purchased it from but I know I used it at home and had salon type results. I'm a very happy customer with this brand.

This opi top coat is pretty good my only complaint is that it takes awhile to dry. It’s a little tacky but overall gives really good shine

This is a staple in my nail routine. I love that I can use it as a base coat, and a top coat. It goes on nicely, dries smooth, and has an awesome shine

Opi is a good polish. I usually get a opaque coat each time. Some my require more than one application. But they have pretty colors.

I enjoy this brand because it stays on longer than most other brands. Also, it's clear so it's very basic which I am always good with.

I love that you can use this as a base coat and top coat too! It leaves a beautiful shine every time, even if all you want is a non-colored paint job and just like the shine, this is perfect!

One of THE best in the game . The formula is absolutely wow and the color lasts, no chips for a good amount of time. Endless color and glitter options. I love.
