Q: what is the best way to remove the base coat and top coat. As I used the bast coat and then polished my nails followed by top coat and I cant remove it with regular nail poilish.

Q: I just received this base coat in the mail. The actual brush and bristles were stained red/dark pink and the liquid in the bottle was colored a faint pink because of that. Should I assume this bottle was sent me to used/having been returned ?

Just like another comment I saw, Target gave me a used item. Target needs better quality control when it comes to re-stocking returns. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the actual item.

This base coat is easy to apply and goes on smoothly. It dries very quickly, providing a great base for any colour of your choice. I used a different brand of coloured nail varnish on top - this came off easily, using OPI remover, showing how very effective the OPI base coat and remover are! No staining was left on my nails, despite the coloured varnish being a strong colour and non-OPI, which really impressed me. Furthermore, the base coat held the varnish on my nails for almost 2 weeks before it chipped at all, instead of just a few days - AMAZING! Gellish/Shellac nails cause my nails to become brittle and peel, whereas this did not - I shall continue to do my own nails, using OPI base coat, and will not have gel nails again! Revolutionary! THANK YOU OPI!
