Description

Chopstix and Stones is a deep blue nail polish that is as playful as it is shimmery.

OPI Nail Lacquer is the nail polish that started it all–our award winning, vibrant formula that nails the salon look! Get salon‑quality color with rich pigmentation and a smooth, streak‑free finish.

How to Apply:
1. Prep nails for proper adhesion: push back cuticles, trim nails, file to shape, buff surface, and clean thoroughly with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol or N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution.
2. Shake all bottles well to mix pigments evenly.
3. Apply Natural Nail Base Coat: paint the edge of your nail first, then sweep a thin layer across the full nail. Let dry for 1-2 min.
4. Apply Nail Lacquer the same way: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer of color across the nail. Let dry 1-2 minutes. Repeat step for a second coat.
5. Finish with Top Coat: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer across the nail. Let dry 1-2 minutes.

    Weird substance on the nailpolish

    It was delivered with something weird smeared all over it. Not sure what it is and I really don't want to touch it. Target won't allow returns on these items. Be careful ordering because something weird is happening with the product.

    Terrible shipping

    I love the color but am giving this 4 stars for the way it was shipped. It came in a box with no bubble wrap or any protection at all. Just loose and rattling around the box. The cap came slightly off and polish leaked out. It could have been much worse and really made a mess. Just surprised Target would ship polish like that!

    please bring back as permanent shade

    The best way i could describe this shade is like lipgloss for nails...or even a skin tint, if you will. i'm writing this comment in hopes they will bring this colour back as a permanent shade. it was perfect for people who like a natural, barely there polish. it's a step above clear polish. one coat was really all that was necessary. it built up easily in my opinion. nothing compares.
