Maybe they mean if done 4 to 5 coats on every finger and toe you'll get 4 to 5 mani/pedis, but even that seems like alot less then i get from a bottle. On a conservative side I'd say more like 10 total uses of 3 coats each digit full mani/pedis (i used to do this monthly with their sheer flesh color "high matience" for a few years, and I dont recall needing to buy new bottles excessively. )
