I switched from using Zoya 3-in-1 Remove + to this because of the substantial ten dollar price difference (and the fact that I can’t find it locally), but you clearly get what you pay for with this product. This is the worst nail polish remover I’ve ever used. It doesn’t even remove dried polish, it just gums it up into balls and then pushes it around in sticky globs, staining your skin and nails over and over every time you try to wipe it off. It takes me a full twenty minutes and fifteen cotton balls to remove red polish from my fingers with this, plus the additional time it takes to try and use a brush to remove it from around the creases of my nails. And my fingers still end up stained. It used to take me two minutes, five cotton balls, and no brush with my old brand. And forget trying to tidy up the wet edges of your nails while painting them—instead of removing stray polish, it just smears it around and makes it way worse. It’s completely gummed up the brush I use to clean my nail edges, and soaking it in the remover did absolutely nothing to loosen or remove the tacky polish from the bristles. I’ve had more success with other store brand removers in the past (Publix, for instance), but this is just ridiculous. Usually Target brands are fabulous, but this is a huge fail. It functions like they made it out of grape Kool-Aid and Elmer’s glue. I’m going back to my old brand.

I'm not sure how this product remains on the market. It is about as useful as using colored water to try to remove your nail polish. I'm back to the name brand!

Not a great nail polish remover. Used up three cotton balls on for finger nails. I would not recommend this product, spend a little extra to get something better.

I would only recommend this product if you enjoy spending lots and lots of time, taking off nail polish. Otherwise, don’t get this if your time is precious to you. even if I am not pressed for time, I don’t want to spend 20 minutes taking nail polish off.

Going in the trash. This must be 90% water. Took me almost 10 minutes to remove one coat of nude colored polish. Life is too short to use this.

Do yourself a favor and just take a dollar out of your wallet, rub it on your old mani/Pedi and then throw it away. It'll have the same effect on the polish as using this "remover." Acetone is the first ingredient followed by water. I can only deduce that it's composed of about 40% acetone, 39.9% water, and 20.1% other inert ingredients. FTR, I only ever tried to use it to remove ordinary polish and it was terrible; there is absolutely no way it could ever take on any kind of gel.

Acetone and WATER are ingredients. It seems some of the reviews here are misplaced. It takes A LOT of this product to get nail polish off, even if you soak the cotton ball and allow the saturated ball to rest several seconds on the nail polish. It is not a good value because you have to use so much of it, and apply so much pressure, literally 'scrubbing' to remove nail polish. Do yourself a favor and get the 100% acetone if using this to remove nail polish.
