They sent incorrect item. TWICE
They sent the completely wrong item. Twice. I ordered pure Acetone for cuticle cleanup and for cleaning off my tools and stamping plates. Instead they sent acetone mixed with a dozen moisturizing ingredients for “nail strengthening”, which made it useless for my purposes. I called customer service to report the error and to get a replacement. The customer service person could see that I ordered straight acetone, refunded the cost of the incorrect product and then they themselves entered a new order for the correct product I was supposed to get. I was disappointed when Target shipped the exact same WRONG product a second time. At this point, I think they must have the wrong product codes on the products in the warehouse, because when I called to report the second error, I was told that there would be “no guarantee that this won’t just happen again”, and that there was nothing anyone can do to let the shipping warehouse know that they are sending the wrong items. The pic of the bottle in my hand was the first incorrect shipment. The pic in the packaging was what was delivered after customer service placed the order. Neither one is the correct item.
