Q: can this remove gel nail polish?
A: Hi Alle! YES! I bought this just to use to remove my GEL POLISH. If you pour some in a small bowl, you can keep your fingers in there for several minutes and use the proper tool to remove the gel polish slowly. It works just as great as the salon. ADDITIONAL TIP: Also, for even better results, I recommend putting hot water in a separate wider bowl and then place the smaller bowl inside of that one and dip your fingers in there. The heat helps simplify and speed the process, as the polish comes off much quicker and easier as well. ***Be sure you put the hot water in a wider more flat-like bowl so that when you put the acetone polish remover bowl on top of that one, that it does not fully emerge into it. You don't want the remover to mix with the hot water. You simply want to use the heat of the hot water to help make removing polish much simpler and quicker. I hope that helps!
