[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s easy to apply. But it doesn’t do a great job at stopping nail polish from chipping and peeling. I bought the gel kit hoping it would last. It looked beautiful but I was hoping the gel polish would last I’ve tried it twice now following all instructions and I only got 6 days the first time and 7 days the second. By day ten I had several nails without polish on them they just peeled off. I didn’t use the peel off gel polish base coat. I did try that one and it only lasted 2 days before peeling off.

The top coat has stayed shine through me working with horses and getting dirty. No chips, no lack of shine. I can walk away from the dirty work and they still look salon quality great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! I haven’t had any issues with chipping or peeling. I’m rough on my nails and see some minor “erosion” at the very tips of my nails after week 2 ish. That said, these manis still last me until I take them off!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not going to lie, I was skeptical as I started this. I’ve never painted builder gel before, let alone done nail extensions. But I just followed the instructions in the kit, and trusted the process. After the first coat I thought there’s no way I can build out length that will last. But, magically after the second coat I had long, strong nails! To say I was shocked is an understatement. I used the clear builder gel to build my nails out, and then painted over them with a long lasting color. I’m excited to take a masterclass to improve my technique!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fabulous starter kit for extensions!! My nails have been in ROUGH shape through the holidays, with a lot of breaks and splits. The instructions in this kit were clear and easy to follow, and it had everything I needed to add length to my own nails and make them look great again. It took me about an hour And a half to do both hands, but I think this will decrease with practice. And the time spent is so worth it to have extensions of my own nails that will last. Super easy to paint with long lasting polish afterwards too!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cutest kit with everything you need to create your nails but longer! (O&J crushes it with the marketing, yet again 😍) Be warned though, in my experience, building extensions took a lot of patience and practice. To get results I liked, I used more gel than I thought I needed, painted much further onto the form than I thought necessary, paid special attention to the area where the extension first extends past my natural nail, and cured for an extra 2 minutes. This is only the second time I’ve tried to create extensions and it took me much longer than a normal builder gel mani usually does. I particularly struggle with fitting the nail forms on my nails to ensure no spacing at the edges. Finding the right form size and then adjusting each to appropriately build the extension took between 2-5 minutes per finger (I’m a newbie to the forms!). I’m not sure I’ll regularly be creating extra length on all my nails but will absolutely be reaching for this kit when a nail breaks!

However, when I removed the forms, the extension part of the gel broke off. I’m sure it’s because it was my first time doing it. I did end up with a perfect builder gel mani. I just didn’t get the extensions to work. The mani is plump and shiny. I love the look. I wil try again for sure.

I recently had to cut my nails way down after breaking a couple of them, and this kit helped me add a little length for the holidays. I personally prefer shorter nails, but you could easily make your nails longer with this kit. My favorite part is that I can top the builder gel with my favorite regular Olive & June polishes and quickly swap them out for different events without disrupting the builder gel. I’ve had the builder polish on for 14 days, and it’s still going strong! First picture is before using builder gel. These extension stickers are easy to use once you get the hang of it. Make sure you watch the video on how to fold them so that your hand can be flat with the sticker on. The builder gel is easy to work with and I love the clear color so that I can switch up my manis throughout the week. Be super careful when removing the extension stickers and note that your extension will not be a perfect shape yet, but you can file and trim to make your perfect shape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this gel polish. The color is beautiful, it goes on smoothly with the wide brush. Unfortunately the polish peels off very easily. I went through all of the recommended steps, and it still comes off in solid pieces.

This topcoat goes on very nice and kept my manicure on for over two weeks.
