[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty good protein bars with 10 grams of protein per bar. Personally, I think 20 grams would be the perfect amount. As someone who trains hard in the gym, I need more than 10 grams. Especially when these bars contain 9 grams of added sugar. That's my gripe with this product. They do taste good and are not hard to chew & digest. I like that it has no high fructose syrup, no preservatives, and no artificial ingredients. All organic non-GMO. If you just like a snack with some extra protein, try these out. I love the peanut butter flavor.

I like that these are organic and Dave’s uses good ingredients. They have a pleasant taste. I was expecting the consistency to be crunchier, but it is lighter - more like a fluffy cookie/ muffin. 10 g of protein is great. I expect the more I eat them the more I will like them. Will buy these when I see them.

The bar is a decent option after a workout, especially if you can’t eat a full meal right away or need to hold off until your next one. It contains a lot of fast-digesting carbs, which help quickly replenish glycogen. There’s a small amount of fat and fiber — not enough to weigh down your stomach, but enough to help you feel satisfied. It contains only 10 grams of plant-based protein, which is relatively low. So if your goal is muscle growth or precise calorie control, it’s better to pair it with an extra portion of protein (for example, a shake). Cons – This bar is mostly sweetened with high-glycemic syrups and sugars: • Brown rice syrup • Brown sugar • Cane sugar (in the chocolate) • Tapioca syrup So if your goal is to reduce sugar intake (and avoid blood sugar spikes), I’d go for a bar that uses allulose, erythritol, or stevia instead. I took off one star for the added sugars.

I was thinking they would be more like a granola bar, but they are more like a baked good. I like the fact that they were organic and a good snack size.

This one is no exception unfortunately, there’s approximately 10 g of sugar, which in my opinion is too much and does not make up for the fact that the texture is somewhat chewy and the flavor is a little lacking. However, once I got past that the consistency and texture is what I would expect from this brand which is really good. Maybe work with the ingredients of this is a common concern it could just be me though because like I said I taste it in a lot of things that other people like.
