daVinci Chloe Regency 4-in-1 Convertible Crib - Fog Grey

The crib was great until I went to convert it to a full-size bed which is one reason why I purchased the crib in the first place. When I went to convert it with the recommended conversion kit the hardware pieces would not fit correctly into the holes. Whenever I call customer service I got hung up on and was unable to finish my conversation because it was past the working hours. I'm unable to complete the conversion of the bed due to the first step of not being able to place the screws into the hole wnf making it catch. They forgot to send the hole threaders i believe but not sure. I was asked to send a video and email with all the serial numbers and proof of purchase. I dont even know if i still have proof of purchase sine it was 4 years ago. I unable to continue my project and not sure if this will be an easy fix or fixed at all.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst experience.When I bought this bassinet, I had a 90-day return window. But their policy suddenly changed, and they refused my return even though I was still within those 90 days. They switched their policy to 30 days and wouldn’t accept my defective item. We couldn’t even use this crib at all. The worst staff they don’t support their customers at all.

I’m sure this crib is a 5 star but UPS never delivered. I had to file a claim. This is for my first grandbaby. What a nightmare it has been!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a gorgeous crib put together. I am just astonished at the color and elegance and sleekness of the style of this crib. I would definitely suggest making sure you have help when assembling this crib oh, it does have some challenging moments in the assembly process for sure. I will say once it's put together it is very easy to move it to where you needed to be and that does not require an extra set of hands but it probably would be nice to have it. It fit a standard crib mattress with no issues at all, as well I was able to install a nursery mobile to it there's no issues once again. My baby slept peacefully in it, and I felt safe and secure leaving her in it. I have received several compliments on the crib as well. Overall this crib seems like it will last her was no issues at all for such a long time. I can't wait to buy the comfortable sets so I can make sure she has this crib set for extremely long time as it will grow with her.

This is a great crib that can grown with your baby. The 4 in 1 is great as it saves the effort in having to figure out a place to put the crib and turn into a bed in later phases. Great selling point. Easy to assemble, a 2 man job. The quality is great, I think the baby can feel safe this crib. Mattresses and extenders are sold separately. Since this was standard mattes, you're able to find a variety of options. We got the great color and very pleased with the outcome. Overall great quality and very satisfied.

The clean straight lines make it that much more appealing, I also love the fact that this crib will be able to grow with my child it will go from crib to toddler bed to a full size bed so my child will never need another bed until adulthood and it may even last into that. This crib was easy to assemble and took my husband and myself about an hour to completely put it together. The instructions were simple and easy to understand and once we were so far and it was pretty self-explanatory. The design of this crib fits our Nursery perfect and I feel it would go along well with any Nursery theme you might have. It gives our Nursery a Elegance just by its presence.

It was very easy to assemble with not many difficult parts. Instructions were also very easy to understand. The best part of this crib is that it is a four in one which means the crib will change and grow with my son. Can go from newborn to toddler to day bed to a full size! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Davinci Chloe Regency 4-In-1 Convertible Crib is very elegant. I love that I can convert this into a toddler bed all the way to a full size bed for my daughter. To me this crib looks styled for a little girl with the beautiful lines. We had two sets of hands putting this together and it took almost an hour and a half. The solid wood piece of the back made this fairly heavy. The tool that helped screw in all of the crib pieces had a unique notch at the end which I had never seen before but loved because you could use it practically at any angle. It was airred out all day but still smelled heavily like new paint when I opened her door in the morning the past few days. I would have let it sit for a few days before getting it all put together in her room. Lastly, even on the lowest setting you can do to put the mattress on it seemed a bit high. My ten month old was standing in the crib and his whole head was visible over the rail. At the same time, the crib as a whole is lower to the ground and I do not have to bend over the crib as far to pick them up when they are sitting up.

This crib was beautiful, durable, well made, and convienent! Being able to convert into a toddler bed and a full size bed was great so that my child could have this crib her entire life. This crib matched her theme perfectly, the design was stunning and exactly what I wanted. I feel in love with this crib and received so many compliements on how beautiful it really was!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a ten month old son at home. When I got this crib, I was so absolutely excited to set it up for him. My husband and I took the beautiful crib out of the box to set it up for that night because the instructions were fairly simple. However, upon taking out the headboard, the entire room became filled with a strong toxic paint smell. We immediately had to take our asthmatic kids out of the room and make arrangements for our baby to sleep in another room until the crib aired out. Had my son still been at the newborn age, I'm not sure I would have even continued to set it up. The crib is beautiful, despite two noticeable blemishes on the headboard. It is extremely versatile and I think it is wonderful the crib is 4 in 1, even turning into a bed. Overall, I can only give the crib 3 stars. Had it not been for the extremely toxic smelling paint, it would have been higher.

She was growing out of her bassinet so this crib has a lot of room for her to grow. I am so happy with the quality of this crib. It's made very well and very easy to assemble. It is made out of very thick cut wood. I love the fact that it is a four in one so my daughter can use it for a very long time as she grows. It is very sturdy and safe for my baby. Absolutely highly recommend!

Conventing it from crib to bed is super easy, and having the 4 in 1 capability is perfect for my quick growing child. The fog gray color is chic and blends well with other decor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Davinci 4in1 crib is beautiful! It's the perfect looking crib for a nursery. It's a bit lighter in person then it is on the site. I like this crib, there's just a few things I couldn't agree with on it. First off the highest level says 0 to 12 months, there's no way my child could have stayed at that level. Second the fumes it gave off when I opened it made my whole house smell for two days,now it's calmed down,but if you get close enough you can still get a whiff. Third is it's so low, no room for storage underneath if you needed to. My son however loves it! He likes the flat head board part he's been playing with it Everytime he goes to bed. At the end of the day this crib is great, it's gender neutral and beautiful!

I absolutely like the fact that the bed has 4 stages and "grows" with our baby: a baby crib, toddler bed, daybed and full-sized bed with different mattress positions. DaVinci uses non-toxic high quality paint and I am grateful for this fact too. The frame of the crib is sturdy and safe. I am really impressed with DaVinci convertible crib quality.

The most important feature is that it is safe for your child. The paint is non-toxic. Which makes me very comfortable. Because my child loves to chew on things. Inevitably she will chew on the railings. So, being non-toxic this puts me at ease. The crib holds up to 50 pounds. Which means this is good for your child as your baby gets bigger. I love how this bed converts into bigger beds. Which is something that comes in handy. Kids grow fast. You will need to get your own mattress for this crib. However, that does not have any impact on the quality of this crib. The crib is designed very well. It has most everything you need to put it together. You will need to purchase the rails separately to extend the crib into a bigger bed. I did need some help putting the crib together. As far as packaging it comes in a large box. The size is more in the length of the box. It is heavy. The individual pieces have some weight to them. Make sure as you are assembling the crib everything is secured properly. Once it is put together the crib has weight to it. It is easy for me to maneuver if I want to. As far as assembly the directions are easy to follow. I had this put together in a little over an hour. Part of that was chasing kids, so your time may vary. I would recommend this crib. Because it grows with your child. It is something you can keep around for awhile. It is not hard to put together. It is painted with non-toxic paint. I will be looking into other products through this company to match my crib.

All of the nuts and bolts were included and instructions were easy to follow. Crib style is modern and works for either gender which is great, my son is 4 months old and as far as I can tell he likes it so far, he sleeps through the night so that's a plus. Excellent quality wood and frame, I can see this crib lasting for a long time!

This crib has the "greenguard" certification and surpasses numerous testings done to ensure health and safety for our littles. I am SO thrilled to have found a safe crib that has not only exceeded my standards for quality, but also for ambiance. It took my husband about 30 minutes to completely assemble this crib. There is no wobbliness to it, and it is extremely solid. Again we are thrilled with this crib and are excited that we can "rest" at night knowing that our little one is safe physically from a safety and health standpoint!
