Spoiled cheese
I’d give this negative stars if I could. Expiration date was 5 months out and no mold or significant off smell but something looked off. There was cracking in the slices. I proceeded to make a sandwich and lo and behold…instant nausea. This cheese was bad before it was even packed. I will never look at cheese the same way again. And I LOVED cheese. Horrific experience. Don’t think I’ll ever buy Good & Gather brand anything again. Do better Target! Seriously. And this isn’t my first complaint. Quality issues are abundant.

Havarti is Creamy
This havarti has a mild, creamy flavor. I usually prefer stronger cheeses, but the soft texture and subtle flavor has win me over. Plus this brand is much cheaper than the smoked provolone brand name I was purchasing before.

Mold developed in unopened package, opened and found mold. Slices arent seperated with paper
The slices are not separated by inserted paper but placed all on top so moisture gets trapped. I had an unopened package in my fridge and opened it to find mold developing on the third slice in. Had to throw it all out as well. Not happy. Dislike food waste.
