They do not come apart.

Depending on which type of sliced cheese you buy, they tend to stick and rip really bad compared to other brands. The pepper jack especially just rips regardless of how you attempt to separate the cheese slices.

Decent flavor, disappointing texture

The Havarti had an okay flavor — mild, buttery, and pleasant enough — but the texture was the problem. It had a noticeably plasticky consistency that made it feel more processed than I would expect from Havarti. Not terrible, but the texture kept it from being something I’d buy again.
