I picked up the Cloud Island Dino Interactive Crinkle Paper Toy from Target as a simple, inexpensive sensory toy, and it ended up being one of the more useful early items for my baby. The design is straightforward—a soft dinosaur shape with crinkle material inside—but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The crinkling sound immediately grabs attention, and the lightweight build makes it easy for small hands to grab, squeeze, and explore. What I appreciated most is how engaging it is without being overstimulating. There are no lights or electronics—just texture, sound, and movement—so it keeps my baby occupied while still feeling appropriate for early development. It’s also compact enough to toss in a diaper bag or clip onto a stroller, which makes it a go-to for quick outings or when I need a distraction on the move. That said, it’s definitely a simple toy. It doesn’t have extra features like a teether, mirror, or multiple activity zones, so babies may outgrow it within a few months. The materials feel decent for the price, but it’s not something built for heavy long-term use. Overall, for around $10, it’s a great value and a solid addition to a baby’s early toy rotation. It’s not meant to be a long-term favorite, but for that early stage where sensory play matters most, it does its job really well.

So cute but unfortunately it was shipped with liquid and not packaged properly… it arrived with a stain from the liquid in the package. I will be returning it.

Baby immediately loved it, especially the crinkly noise it makes. TBD on cleaning it though.

I received this product via the Hey, Bullseye program. This baby toy is so cute. Perfect to gift or receive! It’s soft, makes the crinkly sound, and has lots of other things for baby to grab onto. Plus it’s cute!

I have to admit this was initially for an infant boy. However my dog reached for it and never gave it back. I think this makes an excellent dog toy especially for a new puppy! The rest of this review will be in terms of this toy for a puppy instead of a baby. This dog toy has really held up and my puppy loves the crinkle sound it makes! The puppy is also teething so she likes the ring to chew on.

Got this for my friend for her newborn. This elephant is super cute, crinkley and so, so soft. Teething ring is also very soft for those delicate baby gums. Love all the sensory pieces too. This can easily be stored in a diaper bag and not take up any extra space. This is not washer firendly. You’ll need to hand wash this little cutie. Love this adorable Cloud Island Dino!

This ADORABLE triceratops dinosaur is a huge hit with my little one. This high quality product withstands my son’s running around and putting on tabletops, and then switching to the next table. The crinkly sound is definitely more than other crinkly toys we have, but it’s not too much. The handle is soft and rubbery as well as is durable so I don’t have to worry about my little one having it and chewing on it. Highly recommend this Cloud Island Dino
