.I’ve been using dry shampoos for around 4 years. I bought this one to try today. I noticed after I sprayed it in, my hair felt really dry, gritty and powdery. Later in the day I went to pull my hair up, and could feel strands breaking as I was putting in my hair tie. When I shampooed my hair later that night, it felt like dried out cotton candy. My hair is now so thin, the last 5-6 inches are see through. This dry shampoo practically disintegrated my hair. I have never experienced such anything like this with any dry shampoo. My hair is so thin and damaged now, it’s as if I had a chemical treatment done.

I only used a little bit on my first try, and the smell made me feel sick all day. I was looking forward to using this, but it was so bad.. I unfortunately can't give it another chance. Also I didn't feel like it made much of a change to my hair.

This product works really well with making my hair look less oily, but I hesitate to use it because it makes my hair feel really dry. It felt like I was going to singe or melt my hair when putting heat on it after. I plan to keep using it but like other brands better.

This spray is terrible!!! Makes hair look even more greasy than before you used it and adds even more shine to already greasy roots. Doesn't hold volume either - there are so many other better dry shampoos on the market.

I've tried every version of this Dove dry shampoo now and this version 'Go Active' is the best one! First, it's absolutely true when it says refreshes sweaty roots! I have chemo induced menopause so I sweat a lot. I cant keep my hair looking clean for more than 6 hrs so I have become a fan of dry shampoo. Most either don't actually help with sweaty roots or they leave your roots white. I have dark blonde/ash blonde hair so it's not super dark either. I love that I can use a whole bottle of this without leave a white cast in my hair if I wanted. I also love that it doesn't make my hair feel like it's got a lot of products like other dry shampoos that are more for volume. 10/10 recommend!

This product did not work for my hair. I thought I liked the smell when I bought it. Then I tried it out when I got home and the scent was so strong it gave me a migraine, not to mention it made my hair an absolute grease pit.

I workout a lot and I hate washing my hair every day so dry shampoo is very important to me. I have very dark hair so sometimes finding the right one can be tricky because a lot of them will leave a white cast that’s hard to get out. This did not leave a white cast, smells good, and did exactly what it promised. My roots don’t look shiny and my hair feels refreshed.

This is a perfectly good dry shampoo. It does the job! Smell is not too strong, it doesn’t leave white flecks, and it makes my hair seem and feel cleaner. I like to use this after the gym in between wash days. I recommend it!
