Can't sleep without it!

I have been hearing a ton about magnesium for sleep, but hate taking supplements or digesting anything before bed. This spray has become my nightly obsession, and I'm confident it helps me sleep so much deeper. It not only smells amazing, but it is light (not itchy like other ones) and helps soothe sore feet while also calming my mind/thoughts, before bed. I am actually addicted and buying as gifts for everyone in friend group!

Lovely scent and so soothing

I’m really loving this spray before bed. It’s got a great scent that isn’t too strong and doesn’t feel like perfume, and it doesn’t tingle like some magnesium sprays (which can be itchy!). I’m sleeping better after just three nights, I swear
