A: I've never had a problem and have repurchased many times. If your worried about lashes falling out I'm sure it's user error. You obviously shouldn't go to violent on your eyes but you know what's most comfortable for you. Hope this helps!

If you actually think this works well, you’ve never used a good eyelash curler! My $4.00 Revlon Natural Curl Lash Curler broke after having it for the last 15 years or so and I grabbed this one and it’s a horrible design. It doesn’t let you get close enough to your lashes and doesn’t even grip them. I’m returning it to buy a Revlon one again.
