I just received these brushes and they are first not the correct color, they are pink which I definitely did not choose as an option. The other issue is that this pink set came with brushes that are not pictured in what was supposed to be included in the black set. Super disappointed.

Just as another reviewer mentioned, as soon as you open the packet you’re hit with an extremely strong, almost acetone-like smell. It’s a horrible odor to be coming from makeup brushes. I won’t be using these. Also, they’re rose gold, not black.

I got rose gold, and they smell absolutely terrible!! I don't want to even use them because they smell so bad as soon as you open the package. I can't say if it's a good brush or not

Perfect brush set!
I've always liked the brushes from e.l.f. So, when I needed to replace several brushes (non e.l.f. brand that didn't last long) it was a no brainer to look for new ones from e.l.f. This kit has all you need for the basic makeup application. I was so glad to find these brushes in a kit and not have to buy them all separately, which was more cost effective. They are soft, durable, and will last a long time! Thank you e.l.f. for continuing to make quality products at reasonable prices!
