ECOMAX 5gal Portable Wet/Dry Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this vacuum for my workshop and light construction on my house. What I like about this vacuum is the stainless steel canister and the separate interior filter bag. It’s very sturdy, has wheels and great suction. It’s perfect for sucking up drywall dust and sawdust and prevents it from re-entering the air in the room because of the separate airbag inside the canister. The only downside is you have to change the filter bag often, and as it fills up, the suction power becomes less. It has some nice attachments and I can use it when cleaning my car.. the nice thing about it is it also sucks up water you have to remove the filter bag in order to do that, but this comes in handy when either mopping the floor or there’s an appliance leak. Overall, I like it it seems like a nice product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was so excited to get this Ecomax Wet/Dry Vacuum! There have been so many times that he has wanted such an appliance to vacuum out the car, or to clean up messy, liquid spills. This unit came carefully packaged, so the body of the vacuum and all the attachments all arrived in perfect condition. The instruction manual that comes with this vac is very...fulsome. It was actually a little bit confusing and intimidating at first, but I realized that it just spells everything out to the fullest extent, so it seems like there's more important information than there really is. There are a ton of safety or cautionary notes listed early in the manual, which I suppose makes sense for an appliance that could potentially mix electric power with water or other liquids. Anyway, once I read through the manual and put the pieces of this vacuum together, I realized it's a lot more straightforward and easy to use than I initially thought. It's powerful, too! The suction is pretty intense, and there are several different attachments for otherwise hard to reach areas. The crevice tool, in particular, has been helpful for cleaning underneath and in between car seats. But this thing doesn't just suck, it blows, too! It's easy to move the main hose from the suction port to the blower port, and the blowing function has a lot of power. It really helps speed up drying in wet areas after cleaning. I have been surprised that neither the vacuum or blowing functions are much quieter than I would have expected. Another helpful feature is the convenient on-board storage for attachments. The only problem with this is that there isn't any place to store the extra filter or to dock the main hose. Also, while the 10-foot power cord is long enough to stretch across most rooms or spaces, it would be wonderful if the cord were retractable. Aside from these small details, I think this is a fantastic wet/dry vac, and it's a great addition to our garage shop and utility room!

This is a versatile vacuum that can be used for a variety of cleaning tasks, both wet and dry. It has a powerful 4 horsepower motor that can suction up dirt, dust, debris, liquids, and even small items. The vacuum comes with a variety of attachments, including a floor nozzle, crevice tool, and brush tool, so it can be used to clean a variety of surfaces. This vacuum is also relatively lightweight and easy to maneuver around. I love that the filter can be removed and cleaned out and reused. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great addition to your cleaning arsenal. I really appreciate all the cleaning heads that come with this shop vac. I also really like that it comes on casters so it’s easy to transport by rolling as I am moving from area to area within the room and among my rooms. There are two things that I would like to see in the future models, one would be a flexible neck because it comes with extender handles, but those are rigid. If I want to get up into the windowsill, it’s a little bit difficult if the window is higher up because the neck doesn’t bend. Also, it’s a little unwieldy to store, all the parts don’t have a specific place to be secured so they are loose in my cleaning closet. The hose is also not secured well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ecomax Wet/Dry Vacuum in 5 gallon has an amazing suction for wet or dry. I use it to clean the house, the car and even my basement and garage. The 5 gallon size vacuum is powerful but also light weight and compact. The wheels are easy to assemble and the vacuum goes with you everywhere. I love the 360 mobility it offers me without the need to pull or have someone to drag the vacuum for me. The vacuum comes with everything need it and lots of adapters to get your big and small jobs done. The metallic stainless steal canister is beautiful. The carrying handle makes it easy to move the vacuum on to the next task. The vacuum comes with 3 different nozzles, 3 extension wands and 5’ foot hose. The accessories fit perfectly on their attachments and stay put in their storage space while you complete your task. I really recommend this vacuum; it has become the one I always grab to use around the house.

It works great at picking up all thr loose bits in the basement that these kids throw all over the place. Kind of loud but that's to be expected. Overall good quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I know these are normally for “dirtier” jobs like in the garage or car etc but we’re moving and having to deep clean our home for real estate photos plus we have 3 dogs that shed a RIDICULOUS amount and my “handheld“ vac wasn’t cutting it…. In comes this little dude…. Sucked up all those fur tumbleweeds like a CHAMP! Rolled right along with me while sucking up everything from room to room. I put the flat head tool thing on and it even cleaned all the fur off the couch cause it has tiny little Brussels on it that scrapes it up. Last but not least…. It got the half inch thick dust off my fan blades on a vaulted ceiling because the pole thingy it comes with is long enough. I am IN LOVE! It’s lightweight, it has wheels and can easily be stored in a closet. I’ll be using this for household cleaning from now on. It also comes with 2 other attachments that attach to the unit itself but I haven’t tried those out yet. Buy it! You won’t regret it.

I have been using this nonstop in my home for small messes and during water spills that occur way too often. I was surprised at how well this vacuum worked after washing the carpet in my SUV. It was able to soak in all of the water left behind in no time. Totally recommend this to all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! It’s much smaller than my normal shop vac but the vacuum is stronger and more efficient. It’s also quieter. With the primary prefilter, it does a super job of filtering out fine particles so you don’t get blow-through like you do with less well designed products. And because of the compact design, it takes up a significantly smaller space in my shop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a smaller sized shop vac for inside then this is it. Portable, easy to carry anywhere. Small enough for storing but powerful! We have a huge bulky one outside in our tool shed that is such a pain to carry inside when doing jobs in the house. This makes life so much easier. Not overly loud, lots of attachments and not overly heavy. Really like the carrying handle on the top of the unit. If you're looking to have a shop vac in your home for jobs inside home that requires one.. I'd say get this. Not al covered in plastic, easy to handle and doesn't take up much space for storage. 5 gallon capacity and very easy to empty when full. Long hoses as well and the cord long enough you don't need to have an extension cord.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This large wet/dry vac is great for cleaning carpets and cars. It works well but the suction seems to have lost some of its power. Other than that, I think it is pretty good product but be aware that it is on the bulkier side. However, with the attached wheels, it's easy to move the vacuum around.
