Microwave Use: When microwaving, always remove the lid to allow steam to escape. Sealing the container completely can cause pressure to build up during heating, which may lead to the lid warping, popping off suddenly, or—in some cases—causing the container to break. Ensuring proper venting helps avoid damage and ensures safe reheating. Oven Use Guidelines: Always preheat your oven before placing glass containers inside. During preheating, heating elements can reach very high temperatures. Placing a container in before the oven is fully preheated may expose it to sudden, intense heat, which can cause thermal stress or breakage.
