Ember 10oz Sliding Lid: Black & Clear Plastic Replacement Lid for Ember Tumblers, Hand Wash, Cold Beverages

Just received my mug lid with high expectancy. Was very disappointed! The lid just sits on top of the mug and does not ‘seat’. It slides right off when I tip the mug to my mouth to take a drink. I actually have to hold the lid on with a finger and coffee still spills out. I ordered the 10 oz lid for a 10 oz mug. A waste of money.

Love my new slider lid because it saves the battery but the best thing is no more spills. I tend to fill my cup a little too full and as I walk with it I would always spill some out. Not anymore with this wonderful lid .

I honestly didn’t think Ember could get better but they did!! The sliding lid is so great! It keeps my coffee hot for at least 3 hours! Now I am wishing I had 2 Ember cups for my Saturday morning!! This lid is a terrific bonus! Thank you

The picture shows a black slide which didn’t match my white mug. I was pleasantly surprised when it came with three different color slides white, black, red. Plus it keeps my coffee hotter longer!!!

Lid has a serious design flaw that converts this product into a "Dribble Glass". This lid mimics a cup that is sold in novelty stores as a joke. Hot coffee is dribbled down the user's chin. Totally recommend that this product not be used.

Lid does not fit the mug and when pushed on the mug, it just pops off. Did find a Hydroflax cup that had a lid that fits perfectly!

Yes, it traps the heat in so the battery lasts longer but I'm dribbling coffee down myself with every sip because it leaks! I needs a better gasket around the lid!! I think I'd rather have to recharge multiple times instead of having hot coffee dribbling down my chin and cup with every sip. Considering the price, I'd expect to get a lid that doesn't leak! (And yes, I made sure to buy the right size lid!!)

Kept coffee perfect for a longer period

I found that my Yeti sliding lid fits my mug just fine.

This lid doesn’t actually stay down all the way. It keeps moving up after I press it down, which worries me that it will spill (right now I just hold it down while I drink). I like the concept of it but it just doesn’t fit securely.

My only complaint about the lid is that it wasn't always available. It's a game-changer - extending the heating of the coffee significantly. It's super easy to clean and unobtrusive. Love it!

I've used slider lids on tumblers for chilled beverages, but this is the first lid that I've tried on a mug for a hot beverage. The material and sizing are perfect on this Ember lid. The seal is also perfect, as it seats the lid securely, but without requiring a ton of force to remove. I failed to consider a secondary aspect before purchasing this, though. The hot beverage continuously fogs the inside of the lid, so I cannot see how much tea or coffee is remaining. Even though this lid allows the beverage to remain hot even longer, I probably won't use it at home as much as I initially thought.

This lid is worth every penny. It not. Only helps keep your coffee hot longer, it helps keep it from sloshing.

I used to try to keep coffee warmer by putting a folded paper towel over the mouth. It was not very effective. This lid has made a huge difference. It keeps coffee warmer for a longer period of time and forms a leak free seal. Absolutely love it!

The lid fits tightly which is good for keeping the coffee in the cup. But I love the smell of my coffee while drinking it. The lid fits so tightly that it is difficult to remove intermittently for that awakening aroma. Otherwise, very handy.

Boyfriend has been using a different lid that was difficult to keep clean. This has been purchased as a gift.
