Each spice has its own unique flavor and health property, but together they form a unique flavor with an ample amount of health benefits! Personally I wasn’t a huge fan of these gummies while it had an interesting flavor the texture was unique in itself. It had the “sugar” crystal coating and I felt the gummies were a bit thick and chewy for my taste.

It tastes slighly tangy, yet sweet and yummy! I feel energized after taking them and know that I'm doing something good for my body because they are loaded with vitamin C to help build the immune system.

I would prefer to eat ginger and turmeric in the raw form but I got these to pump up immunity when I don’t have the two raw and handy. Taste is great and they are big and soft gummies. You will also get vitamin C, B6, B12, biotin, zinc and manganese, a good medley of immunity boosters.

Its a bit tangy and earthy -- they are definitely edible, just not something I think I'd enjoy again. This may be something turmeric/ginger fans enjoy, so I'd recommend that you try it. Wasn't for me.

The only complaint I have is that one bottle of 36 gummies literally only lasts about two weeks since you're supposed to have three a day. So I'm not thrilled about how often these would need to be purchased. On the other hand, I really like gummy supplements. These have a good flavor with no weird aftertaste and it makes having to take vitamins just a tiny bit more fun than usual.

I haven’t noticed if there is much of a change with my gut and immune system health. I will continue taking them for a few more months to see if I notice a bigger change before I say they are not working for sure.
