Very comfortable upgrade from my old chair! i love sitting in it and it was very easy to assemble. However, although it came with the right NUMBER of screws, it came with the wrong TYPE of screws. So i have one screw lying around i could not use, and my chair is also not completely screwed in IN JUST ONLY ONE SCREW THOUGH. Still very stable.

Sturdy and comfortable. Very easy to assemble. Doesn't creak or make weird noises.

This is a pretty good chair. Easy to assemble and extremely comfortable for back and bottom! It's a little creaky and not as fancy looking as others we have but good for the money and holds up great to long hours at the computer. Definitely recommend it. When I saw the Serta name, I was sold.

very easy to assemble and a great value

I bought this chair as a surprise for my 6'6" husband. I was able to put it together easily by myself in about 30 minutes. The chair is extremely comfortable, and now I can't seem to get him out of it! He thought I paid much more for the chair than I did based on the comfort and style. We both love it!

I was hesitant to order a computer chair online. When I looked at Target's selection and saw the Serta name, combined with Targets liberal return policy I decided to roll the dice. While not a total winner, its not a complete loss. Things got off to a shaky start, when the chair arrived with no assembly instructions. It was too late to call customer service. Combined with my experience in putting together a few chairs in the past and the help of YouTube. I was able to put the chair together with little effort. Actually compared to other chairs the assembly is quite easy. Just start at the bottom and work to the top. Once assembled it is quite sturdy. The chair is very well made and attractive. The seat, while not being that long, is quite comfortable. The back isn't as high as I would like it, but also comfortable. The design of the chair forces you sit more erect then most chairs, which is basically a good thing. I don't think it is designed for long periods of continuous use, for above average sized (height and weight) people. For the record I am 6-2, and 215#. The height adjustment is more then adequate. I had to lower the chair a slight bit, from its maximum height. Bottom line, if I was able to sit in the chair in the store, I most likely would not have bought it. Since I have assembled and overall it appears to be a well built chair, comfortable enough I will keep it. Trust me, if it wasn't to my liking, I would return it. I have to be as honest as possible with my critique, and hopefully it will be of help to others that are thinking of purchasing this chair.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he loves it! Super comfortable! He really likes how it has both mesh and leather.

Its comfortable and is design to take pressure off your back

I bought this chair for my son's desk. He is typically hard on chairs, (leaning back, etc), but this chair is holding up great. The two of us were able to put it together in less than an hour. The chair looks great and is very comfortable

The box came with holes in it with parts sticking out. Parts looked jammed into a box that doesn't fit the material. The chair sits on the base and doesn't larch on. But minor stuff aside still a decent chair.

My 6'2 uncle loved the chair and said it was very comfortable.

It was a little difficult to put together but the end product was very sturdy and comfortable. The price was great (I picked it up for under 100$) It's a great chair for anyone 200+ pounds. I'm very happy with the purpose.

Excellent Chair, very ergonomic but difficult to assemble. Make sure u follow the instructions fully and when it says dont tighten the screws that means tighten up-to 90 percent (

My husband uses this chair in his home office. It took a little while to assemble, but he says it is extremely comfortable and supportive and he's a big guy. I wanted a chair for someone 200+ lbs and this works well.

The product was easy to assemble with clear instructions. Unfortunately, once I had it assembled the chair was uneven. It persistently feels wobbly and leans back and to the right. Worst yet, I tried to go to the customer service website for the manufacturer. It requires you to enter product numbers (model and "sku") and it repeatedly told me "no products match your search". I'll try customer service tomorrow. Altogether a hassle.
