Good chair, good price
This is currently on sale, wouldn't have wanted to pay full price. Pretty comfy, meets my needs. Was easy to put together until the last; attaching it to the back, that was really hard for one person. It does say you may need two people so unless you're really handy & strong, you likely will. Glad I got it though, it looks nice in the space I have for it.

Great for the price
Chairs are very comfortable. Nice support for the lower back. The fabric is really soft. Only drawback is they don't tilt back too much. Our other chairs could really tilt back. My husband wanted more of a chair to lean back in but I am totally fine with the chair. It raises in height and swivels. Wheels roll well even on tile. Very easy to put together.

Good value
This chair is durable and it looks better than I expected. My only thing is that I like to ride low in my chair, like a spreadsheet gangsta. The lowest setting on this chair is still too high for me. I ended up buying a monitor stand.

Super Comfy, but not sure how long it will hold up
First impression. I had the chair for 2 weeks and so far, so good. Pro: This chair is VERY comfortable which is what i was looking for. Con (TBD): Just by looking at the stitching i can see this coming apart at some point in the not so distant future. Just using a thicker thread would have given this a much more durable look. Who knows the stitching may be stronger than it looks and i will be proven wrong, but it was something I noticed right away

Very comfy, downsized executive chair
Very happy with this purchase, bought it for my young adult son. He put it together with no problems and had me check it out right after because it was "so awesome" (pretty amazing considering he'd rather have an expensive gaming chair). The material is perfectly stitched, very soft (not quite the quality of Broyhill microfiber, for example, but definitely plusher), and seems very durable and stain-resistant. I don't agree with some reviews about the seat cushioning; it seems more than thick enough (for my son and me, despite our ~100 lb. weight difference), just firmer than usual (He's not sinking in; I can't make a dent.). OTOH, the lumbar cushioning seems to be lacking and not firm enough for bad backs. Also, the pub-style cushioning at the top of the chair is deceiving, makes it look taller than it is. It won't support the back of your head (just the back of your neck really) unless you're way under 5'-7", so not made for reclining, not really big enough to be an "executive chair"...but a very comfy chair...love it for the sale price.

I will not buy an office chair online again. You should try them in store before making purchase. I recently started to work from home and decided I needed a better chair for being in it several hours at a time. First it took a very long tim to arrive. It was easy to assemble. Soon as I sat in it I couldn't believe how hard it was. Sure the material is soft but the actual seat is hard as a rock. The back is designed improperly to where I can feel a lumbar gap and my back was killing me after Just one hour. Also I am fat and the arms are too narrow and cut into my thighs. I don't recommend this chair.

very comfortable
I purchased this chair for my 96 year old dad to use in his bedroom for desk work. It was easy to assemble and he claims it's the most comfortable chair in the house. Due to limited vision and hearing, he needs to sit very close to the television and a recliner would not allow that. I bought another one of these for that purpose and he loves it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a practical, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing office chair.

Amazing and comfortable
I ended up getting this chair off of a sale for around $60 when the chair is currently $160. For the deal I got this chair was a steal. It is comfy, a good size, and the material is of amazing quality. You have to build it which is probably the only downside. If you can get this chair on a deal, go for it.

Initial Impressions.
First of all, the chair is really soft, comfortable material (duh its Serta). Was really simple to put together even by myself, took about 20-30 mins. Came with all the parts and tools necessary, didn't have to improvise at all. 2 things come to mind that could possibly be cons. 1. The advertised width of the seat is not true, its says the chair is almost 25 inches wide but in truth it is just 20ish 2. (this one is minor) the caps they give you to put over the holes where the bolts are, are flimsy rubber and not hard plastic like normal so they didn't really fit right. other than those 2 things, very nice chair... maybe a little overpriced but nice nonetheless.
