Our heavy duty pillow top executive chairs make the perfect addition to any office, board room, or study. They have a 400lb weight capacity which renders them compatible with a range of different body types. They are beautifully upholstered in black Caressoft and sport padded arms incorporated into steel wrap around style construction for maximum comfort. Not a quick assembly for an average chair
The issue with the chair is the assembly. It is awful! They send the entire arm assembly as one piece that wraps around the back of the chair. They expect you to use a single screw to attach it to the chair back. The process of getting the screw into the hole while holding the back and the arm assembly is very difficult. I think that part too me 30 minutes alone. Many of the screw holes are not machines correctly so it was not possible to get some of the screws to screw all the way in. In terms of sitting in the chair, I would say it is average comfort. when I sit in it, I can feel the base bottom towards the back of the seat. I am trying to decide whether I am going to return it and look for something better.

Heavy Duty
Good solid chair. Need 2 people to assemble, the back is hard to hold and install screw to the arms. Cant comment on durability yet. It is comfortable and seems well made.

10/10 Best Chair ever!
I'm a 250+ lb man and on my 3rd office chair in 8 years, having had this one for awhile now I can say I like it. This chair is great and super comfortable. After sitting in it for 8 hrs a day, i have yet to experience this type of bliss.
