I have bought this foe quite some time, trying to avoid toxic seed oil. I recently went to the North American Olive Oil Assn, NAOOA to check on list of real olive oils. I found out a way to tell is to set the olive oil in your refrigerator over night and that real olive oil would solidify. So I did just that and this oil did not solidify at all. What is in this bottle?

This olive oil used to be reasonably priced not anymore. It's as EXPENSIVE as name brands. Had to switch to avocado oil which has a higher smoke point anyway. It's not bad just not versatile

Before my nutritionist recommended this, I was always cooking with Canola Oil. Well, I ran some blood tests and they came back not looking good. Which is concerning since I'm in my early 20's. I had a chance to speak to my nutritionist who recommended cooking with Olive Oil and I told I don't prefer it since I don't like the taste. I was using Extra Virgin at the time.
