metal shavings from the lid found in my oil
The oil itself is great! It really does have a neutral flavor profile which can be used in any recipe, but I was so upset to find that the lid has been deteriorating and depositing small, fairy dust sized metal shavings into the oil. I always loved the glass bottle because it meant less plastic leaching into the oil, but there's literally no reason to not have a plastic lid on the bottle.

I got this because it's supposed to be anti-inflammatory. I love that it pours through a plastic hole thingy so the bottle doesn't get oily. I bought the smallest bottle to try and I use it so much I got the next size up - both have that pour spout. Next time I may get the 3rd size. I also emailed Chosen with a question and they replied within 2 days.

Our favorite avacado oil
We use this brand of avocado because it originate in mexico and or spain. Our family uses this oil because it is anti inflammatory, has no avocado scent and can take very high temps . Since the tariffs started the oil, along with everything else, has gone up in price, so we wait for Target Circle discounts.
