A: Hi, you have to press the gold circle that's towards the bottom of the main mirror. I had to press it hard for my daughters vanity.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my 6 y.o. niece. I’m very excited to give it to her because I looked at mannyyyy different options and this is definitely the cutest, least childish looking one. If it were bigger, I wouldn’t mind using it as an adult. I can’t attest to durability or anything like that yet. It’s probably not as durable as a wood option, but I thought she would like the actual and decent makeup options instead of just pretend. Also very happy that I was able to get it on sale for ~$30.

The batteries don't actually matter, because even with three new batteries (AAA) and the same brand of batteries, the mirror (as advertised) does not light up. I would like to ensure my child that she is not wasting her chore money.. but unfortunately, it is very hard to find quality work that is worth money earned.

It has a light up mirror, it has eyeshadow, a blush set, nail polish lip stick and lip gloss and a little vanity attached to the mirror and everything has a place, it has a pull out drawer its a nice little set for some young girl who are just now starting to experience makeup. I love this and so glad that i got it for her. She absolutely loves it. She sits in front of that vanity at least once a day. IF your lookiing for something some young girl will love you really cant go wrong with this!!!!!

She keeps taking my makeup stuff and she loses it. I thought this would be the perfect gift for her birthday it gives her all of the starting makeup and has the cute lighted mirror too she can apply her own makeup.
