Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Toddler Learning Toy So Big Puppy Musical Plush with Smart Stages Content for Ages 18+ Months

I don’t know if it’s just the one I got, or if this is a common problem. My 1 year old loves this, but the songs don’t play in full. It doesn’t matter if we’re dancing in front of it, making the toy dance, or anything. It always stops halfway through, even if we’re sitting down. It’s cute and my daughter likes it when it does play the half songs, but it’s disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an adorable learning toy for toddlers. The bottom has two switches, one for turn-off and volume, the other for learning stages. He reacts when your child jumps, spins or wiggles with him. He sings a bunch of cute songs, including the alphabet. This is one of my toddler’s favorite toys. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toy to review and it was a little older and younger than my kids. So I waited a bit to let my youngest have it. I pulled it out and all three kids (5, 3, and 10 months) loved it. The oldest 2 dance and move to it and the youngest dances the best he can, copying brothers. I bet if I had the right aged kid, that the kid would really love it even more. It sings and tells you to act like animals which my older kids love to do.

There are two stages of learning levels 1 and 2 and two levels for volume. He counts, alphabet, animal sounds. He encouraging movement and dancing which is great. My son really loved him.

He loves pushing the button to hear the dog talk and teach about colors and counting. The Fisher Price So Big Puppy is his new best friend.

He also likes to push the button to hear the dog talk and loves how the button changes color as he talks. And I love how he can learn from the dog- colors and counting/ body movement.

My kids love to dance around the room with it! They love the light up tummy. Definitely a fun toy to learn with. They are playing and don't even realize that they are learning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I have a very active 1.5 year old so I wasn’t sure how he was going to like this toy. Physically, it’s a lot larger than I expected which is nice because he likes to cuddle with it. He likes it, but it doesn’t hold his attention long. He played with it for about 5 minutes and moved on to something else. I would say this toy would be better for a child that’s not as active.

He loves the music and bounces along to the tunes and he is starting to pay attention to the letters and words, too. A wonderful toy that he can grow with! Love it!

We love that there are two levels for the children to enjoy. The puppy has speaks clearly and that is unique to a child's toy. He is big and soft and takes a daily beating and continues to play.

This puppy is big and soft and cuddly - he’s perfect for my 5 year old son‘s arms but educational wise he is perfect for my 18 month twins. This puppy has 2 stages that you can choose from based on the age of your kiddos. So when my 18 month twins play with him I set him to stage 1 and when my 5 year old plays with him I switch him to stage 2. I really like the versatility of this puppy and the songs. The puppy teaches them the alphabet in both modes and in stage one also teaches them about animal sounds and counting. Stage 2 is the same - he still teaches the alphabet and counts up to 20 and asks them if they recognize the animal sounds they previously learned in stage 1. Overall he’s a very cute puppy - he has very vibrant colors and is super soft and cuddly. You can also change the volume controls to low and high and turn him off completely when not in use. His button is very easy to push and big enough for little hands. Great buy

They love all the different song and dance moves it gives you in stage 2. We have had to take Puppy with us whenever we have left the house. He is super soft and huggable. The best part is he is easy to wipe off if something get on him.

It would have been nice if it was full of beans instead of being hard plastic on the bottom. It has two sound levels, which is always nice for toys that make sounds. It only has one big button on the front that plays a variety of different songs and lights up. It also has two different levels of play, which is nice. Unfortunately, it didn’t keep my 2 year olds attention as much as I had hoped, but he still plays with it on occasion.

He has a big, easy to press button on his tummy for little hands to control. Big Puppy comes with two learning modes; Learn Mode (#1) is for 18 months and up and Engage Mode (#2) is for 24 months and up. In Learn Mode, Puppy says Hello, counts to 10, goes through the alphabet, dance party, and more! For Engage Mode, Puppy counts to 20, teaches animal sounds, colors, various words to correspond to the letters in the alphabet, freeze dance, songs, and more! There are so many different songs, phases, and sounds, over 90 total, which is nice so that he is not repeating the same things every couple of button presses. You have two volume options which is appreciated as well. It has a sturdy bottom so that is sits up well on the flat floor and this is where you will find the on/off/volume and mode switches. Big Puppy is very cute! Overall, it is a fun toy for older babies to young preschoolers, ages 18 months to 3 years. My 3 year old is closer to four than three and while he likes Big Puppy, I think he would have loved him more when he was a little younger.
