The Flamingo Women's 5-Blade Razor is designed for a really close, really comfortable shave. The Flamingo razor for women features five ultra-thin stainless steel blades for close, lasting results. The blades are surrounded by a 360° comfort system, including a water-activated lubricating ribbon and strip with aloe and shea butter to protect skin from irritation and provide a smooth glide. The lilac-colored handle is made from up to 35% recycled plastic, ergonomically designed, weighted, and finished with a rubberized no-slip grip, ensuring a secure hold when shaving in the shower.     Causes hairs to become ingrown

    Besides the odd design I didn't have any qualms with the Flamingo non-disposible razor after the first few uses. Then I noticed how quickly the razor head became dull; but, for the price this wasn't a deal breaker. It's true colors came to light after a couple weeks of use when I started noticing that the areas shaved the hairs had become ingrown. Totally unacceptable and an unsightly after effect that has me livid. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Babe, its not worth it

    I remember seeing this and thinking “Huh, is this too good to be true?” Yes. Yes it was. Honestly, the first few uses, I was pretty happy with the shave results. However, even with changing the razor, it cuts the CRAP out of you! I’ve had several laser hair removal sessions and I’m using shaving gel, yet it still cuts me up.

    To say this razor is a piece of crap would be an understatement. Absolutely horrible shaving experience. I’ve never had razor bumps/razor burn before, but my legs are torn open and on fire! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

    Horrible

    Regretting this purchase. This razor cannot hang with dark, course hair. Doesn’t shave close and at all and leaves serious razor burn and bumps in more delicate areas. Will be looking for a better replacement.

    Horrible!

    If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have used the Billie razors for the last 5 years and when I went to purchase more blades I saw the Flamingo and said eh I’ll try these this time around….I regret ever doing that. I should’ve known the first time when I got razor burn bumps and cuts. Never in my life have I gotten bumps or cuts this bad! Smooth shave?? Where? It feels like you’re shaving with cardboard. Waste of money. I’ll go back to Billie.

    Horrible

    I have used the Up & Up 5 blade razors for umpteen years...I was recommended to try the Flamingo. At first glance, I thought 'how on earth will this shave closely with all the gel trim around the blades', and my instincts were correct. I cut myself by gently pushing down so that the blades would come in contact with skin and had to make several passes on some spots making my skin raw. :(

    Better off buying disposable razors

    Stay away from this razor!

    So relieved I’m not the only one who hates this razor! I don’t have brand loyalty when it comes to shaving so I like to try brands once in awhile that aren’t schick or Gillette. Did I ever regret that decision with Flamingo. This brand hands down gives me the worst razor burn and cuts no matter what I do - I’ve waited until after showering to shave, done just the legs, used different soaps and shaving cream, and dry shaving and it’s all resulted in tore up legs. I think the quality of the actual razor cartridges are inconsistent and not finely sharpened which cause the burn and cuts. Wherever they’re making these, they need to find a new supplier. The price is not worth the gamble and the pain!

    Game changer!

    The razor is smooth, easy to shave with, and I did not get any cuts or razor burn, despite seeing reviews that mention it. I just glided over the area once and the skin is silky smooth. I'm blonde, with body hair that is not coarse. I used it for my private area too without any issues. These are my new favorites.

    Save yourself the money.

    Worst razor burn of my life. Impossible to get a close shave and will cut you just by looking at it. I tried four cartridges thinking I need to get used to it, but they're all bad. The last one will be tossed unused.
