Quality of Product: My greatest fear in purchasing furniture sight unseen is the quality of the product. I am extremely happy with the quality of this furniture as it seems durable, weather resistant and solid. The quality exceeded my expectations and I feel confident that this product will last for quite a while in the differing weather conditions of the Midwest. Not only the furniture was well built but also the cushions as well. If there is one thing, we may change it will be the cushions as they are well built but not heavily padded and we prefer more of a padded cushion, easy fix. Product was solid enough that although we have had some pretty strong winds as of late and an exposed deck, we haven’t had to worry about the furniture moving or sliding. Assembly and Delivery: Set was delivered in 4 separate boxes, well packaged and each box came with its own separate instructions. Cushions were well packaged and sealed. My wife and I were able to put this set together in under 60 minutes with limited assembly skills. No tools required as the wrench that was provided was adequate for the entire build. Once we assembled one chair, which I recommend beginning with the chairs and not the loveseat the rest of the set was assembled including the loveseat pretty much the same way. Extra bolts were included as well for any future maintenance that may be required. Overall: I am extremely pleased with not only the quality of the product but also the look and appeal as well. This is a well-designed set that I would definitely purchase again.
