Hard to find marshmallows. Too bad my recipe wasn’t as great as I had hoped. Chocolate graham crackers, peppermint Ghirardelli square with these peppermint marshmallows. Grandkids liked them once now I have a bag and a half to consume.

Love these marshmallows. I've purchased them twice 6 bags because they are perfect for making beautiful rice crispie bars drizzled in chocolate. l also appreciate that they get their delicate color from beets and not from red dye #40. some reviewers have mentioned that they don't think these marshmallows have a strong enough peppermint flavor. I disagree but I also sprinkled the top of these Rice krispie bars with crushed peppermint more for looks than for taste.

Tried the peppermint marshmallows — and wow, it’s like someone dipped a marshmallow in grandma’s cough syrup and handed me a pill instead of a treat. Chewy little sugar lumps masquerading as dessert, but erupting in a minty blast that belongs in a medicine cabinet. 10/10 if your goal was to make my hot cocoa taste like a bedtime remedy. Will floss my teeth, rethink life choices, and throw the rest in the trash.
