Does not 'flex' at all

I bought this hose (and spent more than I would have liked) because it was supposed to be flexible. Nope! Wouldn’t wrap around my hose holder, did not straighten out when extended, and the piece at the end that attaches to spray nozzles leaked before the end of the first season I had it.
