It does what it says
I just received my Hydrotech Flat Jacket Hose 100 feet. I had called up in advance to ask questions and their representatives were very nice and helpful. Customer Service is as important as the item itself so I went forward with my purchase. The hose was so easy to connect. I was worried it would leak somewhere but to my surprise there was no leak anywhere. The hose was somewhat of a pain to unravel since I purchased the 100 feet and the company had wound it tight in the box. It did take a while but then once it was flat...it worked great. It is lightweight and easy to handle and so far so good!

Light weight
This product is light weight and hope that it gets the job done. We have tried many similar products that don’t last long. I rescue and need a light weight hose that don’t kink to pull around to do water for the animals.

Unfair warranty program
I just bought another hydrotech hose because they make great hoses and that’s what I always have had. However, My dad got me one the 100 foot 5/8 diameter expandable for Christmas of 2024, (I know it’s a couple years old but these hoses have a 10 year warranty) but didn’t warranty it the day he bought it and wrapped it as a gift. By the time I got the hose for Christmas Day the 30 days was up, now I’ve got a 80 dollar piece of hose in my yard full of leaks and they won’t help me out.

It doesn't work
I would like to return this hose ...it doesn't work without stretching it all out and then turning the water on. Which is ridiculous
