I first bought a 25 foot and I love it. No kicking easy to wind up. Now replacing my other outdoor hoses with HYDROTECH

The stores easily and it’s convenient to use because it’s not too heavy and it doesn’t take much room to store it

The hose at first looks super dependable and the price screams reliability. I got it home connected it to my spigot and I havent been able to get it to stop leaking from the female end. The rubber washer that it comes with fails every which way you place it. What makes me sad is that I see that the product looks strong but apparently not. I am willing to chaulk this up to a "one-off" defect. So I am going to utilize the warranty and see how that goes. I am gonna add or change my review after I contact support. It's only fair.

I feel that this product is durable and affordable.

Just don’t care for the color (yellow). Purchased by husband.

Product was reasonably priced. It worked well until recently.

It does what it advertised along with being more compact than traditional hoses.

Bought the HYDROTECH 100’ BURSTPROOF in Feb ‘25 .. well in Dec ‘25 it BURST .. Hoping for better luck with new one .. FLATJACKET HOSE

Light weight but it kinks easily. Have to be careful with it

The threads that attach to hose bib stripped less than 60 days of use.

Compact,Flexibility and swivel connection on the male end. If it could have a swivel connection on the female side would be even nicer

The light weight of the makes it easy for senior women to handle the hose and water the flowers and rewind the hose in the storage box.

I am completely furious with Target and this company Hydrotech. I first ordered a 25 foot blue expandable hose over 6 months ago and I loved the hose. But it got recalled as it was exploding and injuring people severly. So reluctantly, on THEIR command, I was told to cut the hose in half to get a refund. I did and they ONLY PARTIALLY refunded me. I was hose less and looked to Target for another hose.............. Since I liked HydroTech's "dangerous hose" I bought another via Target that was a bit different- a 25 foot long blue flat hose . I was sent a green 50 foot flat hose. I filled out the form on Target's website saying it was not what I ordered. They responded to keep the 50 foot hose and they would send the correct hose. A week or two later another 50 foot green flat hose showed up !!!!..... I realized then I was dealing with incompetants and because I was desperate as I had been with out a hose for a long while and watering my plants with a bucket, I opened up one of the 50 foot green flat hoses I had. The stupid thing leaked and I have video. It was a piece of crap....... After cooling off I went to return the broken hose I paid for, but never actually ordered. The local Target worker was confused as here I was with a 50 foot hose but ordered a 25. I had a reciept for the 25 not the 50 I was returing but that is not my fault......... The worker was cold and rude and unapologetic acting like I was doing something wrong when I did not. I was sent 3 hoses I could not use from this companty and Target. I was forced to go in to Target during the rain with a broken foot to solve THEIR mistake. I'll be posting this in many areas and I am still hoseless. Hydrotech Hoses hurt have people. They have made people go deaf. Just google. After HydroTech's Hoses hurt people IMHO they adopted the practice of purposely sending people the wrong hose so they would have no recourse if they needed to return it or are injured.

Well built, and takes up to 50% less room than a traditional hose

We got this hose for one of our pool clients and we haven't had any issues with it so far (no kinks or obstruction, it has a great flow)
