    Replacement Hose - Last one broke within a couple of months

    I have a warranty claim pending but can’t wait 4-6 weeks for a hose so i bought a replacement. Hopefully you honor the warranty and this one lasts longer.

    Improved water flow

    This three-quarter inch diameter hose fills up a 5 gallon bucket 30% faster than my other expandable hose. However, it is a bit heavier and bulky to drag around than the other expandable hoses on the market.

    Best of the expandable hoses...but.

    Hose seems to expand to 3/4". But when you let water flow, the pressure reduces and the hose partials collapse in length and width. But even so out of numerous ones Ive tride, this is the best flowing expandable hose. Most hoses say 3/4 fittings, but the hose itself only expands to 5/8. 1st one I ordered came Broken in the package, the majority if the hose end it plastic. The threaded part is metal, but everything that attaches the hose to the fitting is plastic and the first hose was pretty much shattered. The 2nd hose was not broken. No matter how good thos hose is as an expandable hose, its flow and length cant compare to a standard vinyl 50' hose. But I need a hose thats light weight abd easily to put away so I'll uses thos one untill it breaks.

    Thwarted by rose thorn

    was working great until I went to move to another section of property and notice a wet spot. Low and behold a very small dead rose cane had pierced the hose and was spraying all over. Not entirely useless but first time a rose thorn has cause a problem with a hose I've own, and have owned many.

    Holding out hope

    This is our third hydro tech hose, we just kept needing longer and longer ones-- the other two are still in working condition for the most part. Wish I had realized about the lovely 10 year warranty, as our 75 ft no longer has a working shut off valve and is only 2 years old. Still happy with the 100ft and am looking forward to easier watering with the comfort of a warranty.
