    The only brand of water hose that I use

    After using a 50’ Hydrotech 3/4 pro series water hose for a year unfortunately it developed a small leak on the green plastic coupler area. I applied for a warranty and it was approved. That’s standing by your product. I ordered a 100’ Hydrotech 3/4 pro series water hose which I don’t use much, but have it. I now own a 25’ Hydrotech 3/4 pro series water hose to the collection. I simply love how easy they are to use. This hose takes up very little space, don’t kink, easy to handle and now I know they stand behind their product. Just make sure you register your product. Thank you Hydrotech.

    Fantastic hose

    Really enjoy how light and compact it is. Can fit inside a 5 gallon bucket with room for other things on top too for easy storage and moving from place to place. Glad I went with the 3/4” Pro!

    Great Warranty, but….

    Purchased yellow 100Ft in 2025 and the company has replaced 3 of them under warranty since then. All with similar issues, leaking at spigot and valve stuck with Air. Company has been great with honoring warranty and we like the versatility of the hose but should not have to replace in less than a year.

    Poor design at the faucet connection

    Bought this less than 2 years ago and the part that connects to the faucet came apart beyond repair.

    Did not live up to the hype

    Hoses like this seem to only last me about 1 year. I bought the pro last year because of the good reviews and warranty, but I failed to register it and now that the hose has come apart I am out of luck. These hoses are great when they work, but come nowhere close to their 10 year warranty. If you buy one, make sure you register it on their site so you can receive warranty repairs without having to buy a new hose.
