    Great Warranty, but….

    Purchased yellow 100Ft in 2025 and the company has replaced 3 of them under warranty since then. All with similar issues, leaking at spigot and valve stuck with Air. Company has been great with honoring warranty and we like the versatility of the hose but should not have to replace in less than a year.

    Did not live up to the hype

    Hoses like this seem to only last me about 1 year. I bought the pro last year because of the good reviews and warranty, but I failed to register it and now that the hose has come apart I am out of luck. These hoses are great when they work, but come nowhere close to their 10 year warranty. If you buy one, make sure you register it on their site so you can receive warranty repairs without having to buy a new hose.

    Works well

    I purchased the Pro Series 200 and 50 feet hose because I have new plantings at the back of my yard. The 200ft hose works very well on its own, good strong water flow. I connected the 50 ft hose to the longer hose to get to the back edge of my yard. The connection was easy and the water flow was very good and strong. These hoses are not inexpensive, but out of the box they looked to be very well made. My previous hoses were 5/8” in diameter, the Pro Series are 3/4” in diameter and that seems to make a difference in how strong the water flows. The hose comes with stainless steel connections and flow control shut offs. Having used the hoses for the first time today, I’m pleased with my purchase. For that reason, I only gave 4 stars, however, these hoses are a significant improvement in what I was using previously so if the performance of this product continues to be good, I’d give it 5 stars.

    I just purchased the hose and used it twice so far. I love the heavy duty stainless steel and the powerful water flow. It’s also a plus that it’s supposed to be drinking water safe vs. the other competitors.
