A: The Pro Series has stainless steel connection points, is rated for drinking water and is 3/4" in diameter. The standard hose is a 5/8" in diameter and has a heavy duty brass shut off valve that is perfect for lawn and garden use.

Just a great hose
I've had lots of hoses over the years - some broke quickly, were very difficult to handle, crinked, too large to store when not in use, etc. These two are the 3rd and 4th hydrotech hoses that I've purchased. They just really do the job, and I've had none of the issues I listed above from other hoses. A great hose.

Expensive but good quality
I've purchased 4 of these over the last couple years. I've only had 1 burst so far. I forgot to register the warranty so here I am purchasing another. This one is the 3/4" pro series which seems to be considerably heavier quality than the previous I bought.

Great customer service
We LOVE our HydroTech PRO Series expandable hose. Having a built in flow-control value is very handy. Hose is rugged with great flow. We had an issue with our hose and HydroTech was extremely responsive and provided a new hose as their warranty states. 10/10 Highly recommend.

More than expected, very excited to use this, my camper is far from my house, this is perfect for me to do final washing for the season, and will be perfect for opening it up come spring very pleased seems quite strong yet very light, I’m replacing two 100’ heavy duty garden hoses with one that fits in a five gallon bucket.

Leaks
I bought the pro series 3/4 in, x 100 ft hose June 25, 2025. I really liked that it would shrink when the water was turned off. It takes up very little space and is very light weight. I use this hose to supply water to my gas pressure washer to wash my truck. The extra diameter provided extra water. The downside is that it sprung a leak in the hose and sprays water. Its now not usable do to the leak. I'm disappointed because I really liked the hose, but I can't recommend it do to the short life span.

Question
Bought the hose 3/4 200 foot pro series. the coupler at the faucet has two small holes which spray water out. Is this supposed to happen? I called and got only a recording. emailed them twice. I just need to know if these holes are supposed to be there.

Great hose but plastic connector is a weak spot.
We love the expandability of the hose, but we’ve had two of them fail at the hose end. The plastic connector broke, once was our fault as we moved the hose in the unexpanded state and the other one broke in the expanded state as we were carefully carrying it back to our storage area. Yet we purchased another one.

Deceptive warranty claim
Bought the hose and the plastic female end piece just broke in half. The co.oany claims 10 year warranty on the box. But if you try to claim it they will say the product needs to be registered within 30 days of purchase. First of all who does that? Second of all this claim violates the magnuson miss warranty act. You cannot claim 10 year warranty only to hide the fact after the purchase that you must register it first.

Great hose
I like the on/off valve, weight, and durability of the hose. My first one quit flowing after about 2 months for some reason and I had not registered it. I had to just buy a new one. I hope the second one lasts.
