Repeat purchaser

I purchased a 50' version last year and it recently sprung a leak (and not where it connects to the spigot). This hose has a 10-yr warranty which I failed to register but I'm hoping for a replacement anyway (I have the receipt). I really like its lightness and ease of handling so I purchased a 100' version this year for the other side of my house. So far so good on this one. And I DID register this one!

Flexhose

Right out of the box - broken

I feel like this could be a good product but I connected my water spout to the hose, turned the water on, and the hose shot right off.

Love the Warranty

I just purchased this yesterday so I'll give a review later. But I purchased it because of the warranty. I've never had an expandable hose that lasted over two years.

It’s so compact!

I am can store this hose in my shed all of the time. This hose won’t be in the way or an easy steal for anyone. My previous hose wasn’t stolen as it hung on a hose caddy throughout the spring and summer but it could have been. I like how it retracts like a snake to its original compact size!

Product Registratin

Registering the product for the limited warranty was painful! The instructions says "one click". It took me about 60 minutes to register the product after all the hoops I had to jump through!

Couplings Need Upgrading

The hose has potential! Plastic used for the couplings does not make for a long lasting / heavy duty product. Day one of using it and I've noticed leaking from the couplings. I verified the rubber gasket was installed and seated and I used thread seal on the fitting.
