HydroTech 100ft Expandable Burst Proof Hose Yellow

I hope it lasts a long time. Initial quality seems as though it may. This replaces a lower quality expandable hose that lasted only 2 years.

We recently had our landscaping re-done, but with me being pregnant, I didn't want to try and carry around a huge heavy coil of regular garden hose around the yard to water everything. We looked up expandable hoses, and this was the top rated product, and it really is great. It's super lightweight for me, so it's easy for me to move from the front to the back yard. The only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is because after the first use, my husband and I noticed a bit of fraying on the hose from dragging on the ground, but there's no leaking, which we're happy about since we literally had just purchased it that day.

Love this hose I like the way it collapses when you release the pressure.

Just bought hose -day one - I’m sure it will be fine

Just used the hose for the first time. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Not as much power as my old hose.

Bought this hose since I was tired of the weight of my old hose. This hose shrinks to manageable size when done. Not as small as new, but still small enough to carry.

Second one I have purchased. The first one I bought last year just developed a leak in the middle of the hose and at the spigot. I am hoping this one will be a better quality.

There are three features I love about this hose. It is light weight, no kinks for me to walk back and deal with and also takes less space when emptied. It shrinks once all water is out, making it lighter and easier to put away. So far, great hose! Would give 5 stars if I had it longer and still holding up.

Just received today and hooked it up. Turned on the water excellent flow no leaks. Connectors are heavy duty best I have ever had. I’m impressed so far.

I spent $164 on two 50ft and one 100ft at Home Depot (screenshots attached) July 2024. I never spent this much on a hose but I liked the idea of it being light and and easy to wind up. I installed the 50 foot in the front and 100 foot in the back. It worked well for a season. I empty them at summer end and stored them indoors. This spring one burst. I watched as the bubble formed like a Cobra swallowing an antelope but couldn’t turn the water off fast enough. I removed it. Yesterday I turned on the the other one just to see that it spring a leak and it too was gone. I never registered them and then went to Home Depot to see what I paid and I saw them marked “do not sell”. Was my model discontinued?? Anyway I still have an unopened one and was praying you’d replace them or something if I can send you them so you can see what happened.

Easy to register and its a great product for my gardening.

Bought two, both working great. These two 100' 5/8 hoses quickly became her favorites.

Great product. I'm 76 and done with fighting with heavy stiff hoses. Love this one.

What I don’t like is it pinched itself off and stopped working. Had to straighten a whole hose out to get it to work.

I using before and I like it. But the one I have is broken and I think that one is unregistered.

I love the fact that it doesn't take much space and it's very light to carry.

So much easier to handle! Lightweight and easy to get around with also fantastic when not using, don’t have to try to get it to loop into an organized pattern without crimping. Want to replace all my heavy rubber hoses!

Connection of the hose to the yellow plastic water source leaks quite a lot. This does not happen on my 50ft hose. How do I seal this leakage?
