Expanded But Came with A Leak
Took the product directly out of the box and followed the instructions. Made sure the washer was properly installed (not the extra, the one that comes pre-installed). It expanded just fine upon first use, but within seconds a leak sprang about 4 feet in to the hose width.

Hydrotech 5/8 expanding 100ft hose is nice & light. It does sometimes has an internal kink as the hose is so long & you would have to put it away carefully so as not to twist the internal hose component. Otherwise you have to disconnect it from the main spigot & let it drain & unkink slowly from its internal component. Otherwise it is a good hose, time will tell how long it would last as we’ve had the old pocket hose that lasted about 4years before it burst from the hose junction that’s why we had to get this one.
