After going through several Pocket hoses in the last decade, I took a friend's advice and bought one. My wife thinks it's great. She uses a hose to water our courtyard (and beyond) which has a pavers and stacked walls which catch on hoses easily and she also pulls it to it's maximum lenght. In other words, she's tough on hoses.

That it is light and expandable plus a 10 year warranty

Seems substantial and ready to stand up for daily home garden use. Much more so than the smaller, more cheaply made Pocket Bullet Hose that is advertised on TV by Richard Karn. Had the three various models of that one and each time they ended up leaking either at the hose end or from somewhere in the middle. All replaced for free by the company, but all the replacements ended up leaking as well after a year.

This is first time i registered one but this is my 4th purchase in 5 years

Works well as a lightweight expandable hose but there is an issue with the plastic connection at faucet splitting. Had two of these do this within one year even with proper handling.Replacement via warranty requires patience as my experience was it took three - four weeks before resolving.

This is now my second hose my first hose I had for over five years and it’s sprung a little leak but halfway in about 25 feet that is pin hose. I love the hose so much. I went ahead and bought a second one never reached the first one under the warranty I should have, but I definitely registered the second one for the warranty. I suspect it will last me just as long or longer. I had many other types of flex hoses that never lasted more than three or four months like I said this one lasted me over five years. It’s a great product definitely five star.

Only used once but I like it's very lightweight and compact, I store it in a collapsible bucket in the shed together with the nozzle so it's not laying outside. No leaks so far. It's fun to see it expand and shrink. I recommend watching the instruction video to hook it properly.

Hose works as sold but the connector from the hose to the actual valve in the house started leaking almost within the first week. It got worse and worse and then just cracked and fell off. Just left a hose unusable and broken. I'm going to submit a warranty claim and hopefully they're able to help me out. As I know sometimes the bad part gets to the system. Overall the hose is very good quality

I have bought these hoses previously and liked them and had pretty decent luck with having them last. I hope this purchase is as durable as my 100 ft hose.

Excellent size and length. The connection to the hose bib is easy to handle. Hose expands well and the flow through the hose is great equal to a hard rubber hose of equal size.

Had hose for less than two years and now springing leaks!!

The plastic connector is a negative. For the price it needs to be replaced with a metal connector so that it doesn’t leak. If I try to use the extra washer it doesn’t go down far enough into the connector to hold when I have to to shut off the water at the handle which causes it to pop off the connector at the water supply valve.
