    What I like

    Didn't use it yet but I like the expandable part. Did have expandable hoses in the past but eventually they busted in the middle somewhere.

    Poor quality

    I bought this for my mom on June 8 and on Aug 8 the piece that connects to the spout is leaking. I am just looking for a replacement part.

    Nice hose

    The hose was short until the water filled and expanded it. I guess that is a nice feature, but I should’ve went with the 100 ft hose. However the installation was easy!

    Hydrotech hose

    Just bought the hose and it looks like a solid product, love that the shut off valve is brass and not cheap plastic. Bought another brand of expandable hose that barely lasted 3 months of normal plant watering use, have better hope for this brand.

    Second chance

    I purchased the 25 ft expanding hose earlier this year and it failed on me last week. I failed to register that hose so I threw it away. If I have problems with this one, it will be the last of your products that I purchase.

    Leaking plastic connector

    The plastic connector that attaches to the faucet leaks. When I tighten it, it keeps leaking. If I tighten it more, it gets loose and leaks more. If it had a brass or steel connector, this would be an excellent product.

    Expandable hose

    This hose saves a lot of space. The problem with these types of hoses in the past is that they only last one season. They are delicate. I purchased these two to see if they have improved.
