Hose broke at plastic connector collar within a few weeks of intermittent use. Sheared off while watering plants, spraying water all over and soaked my wife to the skin. And, this hose was the replacement for the one that got recalled ! Poor materials of construction and/or design!

Really like the easy of carrying these hoses. The 75% reduction in size and not fighting with plastic or rubber hoses is great. That being said, after 6 months use had a hole rupture the side. Due to the recent recall of the 5/8th size hose I was easily able to return it for a refund without activating the manufacturers warranty process. Hopefully the 3/4 inch hose is more robust and have zero issues with it.

We had a 5/8 100’ pro series since May and it broke off at the baffle. Figured we would try it again because it was convenient for the watering of plants around the house.

The 3/4 hose allows high flow as i needed. And once you're done with it, the hose retracts a good amount for easy roll up and storage.

I like the flexibility of the hose. I am concerned with reviews that when the hose fails the Company does not respond and therefore the 10 Year Warranty is a bait and switch marketing ploy. We shall see.
