Put it back on the shelf and step away carefully. Trust me you don’t want this. Terrible mess, terribly frustrating to pull away fur to reveal… just no.

I thought this would be like a build a bear but no where near it. The fluff is hard to pull off and gets everywhere! The underneath layer is not nearly as cute as the original or the package. Waste of time and money.

Literally the worst toy ever to have entered my house. Fluff. EVERYWHERE. Seriously why does this exist??? Do not buy this. If you get it as a gift throw it away. Get it out of your house before you open it. Do not regift to anyone but your enemies.

Messy messy messy! Why do companies hate parents? Can't you design products that don't make a parents life messier? As she is pulling pieces off they are full of static and getting everywhere so I have to hover while she does it so the dogs don't eat pieces that float off the table. Our carpet is covered and she barely has just begun

My daughter purchased the axolotl for herself. All it does is create a fluffy mess and she has spent over an hour pulling it and has only completed 25% of the task. She is beyond frustrated

My Children loved pulling out the fluf on the outside of this stuffed icecream to discover a different design and colored icecream. The fluffy fur they pulled off make a bit of a mess but it's well worth the fun amd delight of the discovery underneath. Very cute and creative toy!

Took us 10 min to realize that is what we needed to do! Haha. Anything, I'm not a fan of this because the fuzz you remove is then placed into the plastic zip lock type package. Well.... I think we can all imagine why this isn't ideal. The fuzz gets everywhere!! maybe if we could permanently seal it, that would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are cute but pulling that top layer of string things takes a long time. My niece bored of it quickly even though she says she likes it a lot. According to the instructions included, which were very minimal, you could restuff the plushie with the outer string material but when we tried it, and even let it set for over a week, we found it didn't work at all. We may have done it wrong due to lack of instructions included. On the positive note, the inner layer revealed after pulling the string material off is really soft. This is definitely meant for older kids and overall I think it is a good toy if just want to pull the outer layer of material off.

After my kids have begged for these for weeks, I have in and bought two. I was so disappointed in this panda one. Some spots the fluff was easy to pull off and in other spots, you had to give it some muscle and in the process the top layer pulls of the bottom layer leaving just the skin with holes left in it. This panda one, in particular though, was just a mess! Unless you get the rare rainbow under color, where the white fire is on the face, the fur underneath it is also white, making it next to impossible to tell if you pulled off all the top fluff or if your pulling the bottom fluff off until it’s too late and you see the skin. The ice cream cone my other daughter got, the top fluff was all different colors from the bottom fluff. So you could tell when you have pulled off all the fluff that you “should” be pulling off. The panda, you could not. Cute concept, bad execution.

Got this as a birthday present for my 7 year old daughter and she LOVES it! Its cute, very soft and I love how it comes with a bag to put the extra fluff in. There was still fluff on the floor but I think the bag helps alleviate most of the “fluff everywhere” issue!

I bought this yesterday and I was extremely disappointed. First disppointment was when taking it out of the package it had no eyes. I wanted to keep it black and white because it was so cute but it is just a fur blob(even though your photos show eyes on it when its out of the package) 2nd disppointment was the massive mess and time it took to pluck(which would have been over looked had it not looked bad also) 3rd disappointment was that as you tug at the outter fur it rips off the underneath fur...Its a cute concept BUT has some things to iron out.

I wasn't very fond of the white fur though it was very messy and the fur would float everywhere and if you didn't take all the white fur off first the fur would come off everywhere around the house. Kids liked it but I wasn't a fan.

The fluff is soft to touch, but my children found it a bit difficult and tiresome to pull off the outer layer and reveal the friend underneath. I ended up doing most of the fluff pulling, and it was a messy endeavor. Definitely fun to reveal which charcter you have received to love, pull the stuffing, create fun faces, and refill your new friend with all the stuffing. Overall, this is a great collectible for any child into stuffed animals

However, it gets tedious to keep pulling to reveal it completely after a while. It turned into a group project rather than an enjoyable activity. In addition, the fluff is easy to fly and creates a mess really easily. The toy in itself is adorable and oh-so soft. My daughter does love the plush! Would I buy this again? No, I don't think so.
