Not 4 balls. You dont get to pick the design.
I thought I was getting 4 balls. My son really wanted the banana football (he is obsessed with bananas) and we only got the pink one. They should be listed separately so you can pick the design and only have one pictured. I wish I had read the reviews first. Clearly its a common issue.

It’s not 4 footballs it’s one 4 inch football. I thought it was multiple footballs so I was disappointed. Football itself seams fine except it’s a present for a 9 year old boy and it’s hot pink because I ordered online for target pick up. Not exactly what I would have picked but live and learn.
