The label reads that you must take THREE of the capsules for an equivalent amount of 1.5 g which is printed on the front of the bottle. I have a scale and TWO of them weigh 1.48g-1.50g. So, should I take 1.5 g or do I take three capsules. This really is a testament to their total quality management.

I bought the chews with 7 mushroom blend. It has improved my general health. I am taking the 10 mushroom blend capsules to get the extra nutrients it gives me. I like the chews but I prefer the capsules. To me they are easier to take.

Other brands only contain two or less, but this is superfood blend. And a very reasonable price thanks Force factory

I deal with chronic pain from a shoulder i injured skateboarding 16 years ago. i have re-injured the shoulder roughly 40 times since. even stretching when i wake up has thrown it out of socket on numerous occasions. the pain can be absolutely debilitating more often than not and has lead to bad bouts with depression for me. this mushroom blend has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with the pain as well as with my general mood and my overall feelings of wellbeing. i am so glad i picked these up at the store the other day. i am focused, clear-headed, and so far, pain-free! i have not noticed any negative side effects from this supplement and i now plan to take it for the rest of my life. i've been using force factors "smarter greens" daily for quite some time since "green vibrance" became completely unaffordable and i am not disappointed by either of these Force Factor products i take regularly, now. Great product! Force Factor only uses the best ingredients. It doesn’t take effect right away but within 2 weeks you’ll be able to see a big difference.

We started taking the Modern Mushroom Caplets a year ago to help with my husband MS. His Ms is progressing but he did not show any new lesions on his brain. We will continue to take Modern Mushroom for this reason>

I bought this product because I desperately need help with energy and nothing, the Mushroom coffee works better! very sad that this didn't work because taking pills is faster than making coffee.

And I do have a headache also om wondering if ita firing up the nerves in the sense of nerve regeneration ?? Other wise I like it so far

I am 73 this month! I started taking the mushrooms a month ago and have more energy than before! I struggled during my morning walks. Now I can walk my 5 miles and when I get home, I'm ready to complete my household chores. I just changed from the chewable to the capsulses. I can't say why I changed, but after this month's worth is completed, I will go back for more!!
